Just playing through this as a rental - and finding it fun but occasionally frustrating, mainly due to the camera. Well worth a look I reckon.
Seems Gearbox has been hung up with Duke, Alien Colonial Marines and the Brothers in Arms stuff. Considering Borderlands success and the fan base wanting a sequel, Randy and Co have been puzzlingly quiet about a follow-up game.
Seems Im going to have to get my bandit-fix with RAGE in October.
A sensible and obvious point of view, I reckon. Like learning anything, once you achieve some level of competence , only then can you push on to the next level and become really creative.

Bottom line is that 3D is an OPTION for anyone to buy into, gamer or otherwise. No, its not for everyone, especially if the user develops headaches or eyestrain, but surely anyone would RESEARCH into this before making such a large financial investment wouldn't they?
Sony are a company with the balls to take a risk; a topline hardware manufacturer so as ever, you have to give them credit and expect them to push it.
MS, on the other hand, play the wait-and-see card. Nothin...
Whenever - within reason of course. Its going to be well worth the wait.
This game makes me think of Borderlands before Gearbox went down the cel-shading road.
Dont mind an October release - justs sits nicely between Resistance 3 in September and Uncharted 3 in November.
Might be a dilema to some 360 FPS fanboys who want some COD on the go....on a Sony console?!

Like lots of others here, I'd be pretty made up to get an HS2 announcement - although what I hope to see, is something of the new IP from Guerilla Games.

Looks a much better buy than the Sony wireless headset. I find those things are uncomfortable for any longer than 20 minutes.
Uncharted 3 will be a truly amazing experience - really dont need the hype when the Naughty Dogs are involved. And in 3D too

If ever a game was designed as an all-round de-stressing experience - controls, soundtrack and overall quality of 'losing' oneself in it - then that would be flower.
Really looking forward to a similar / better experience with Journey.
