I did some calculations a few weeks ago at work about poly count as well, and I must say that those figures you posted are ridiculous.
Characters:
Uncharted Lead Characters: 25-30k Polys
Gears of War Lead Characters: 20k Polys
Stranglehold Lead Character: 10k Polys (Which they later found out was too high)
Assassins Creed Lead Character: 7k Polys (9k with accessories)
Master Chief Halo 3: 6k Polys

I do agree, but then again I never believed Ocarina of Time was the best game ever either. I've played it on the 64, and I played Master Quest on the Gamecube. Final Fantasy 7, Chrono Trigger and Final Fantasy 6 are easily better. Heck even Xenogears and FF8 was better, etc. There are also better games in other genres.

I thought the camera was a bit wonky when I was first getting accustomed to the driving in GTA4. When I got used to the camera I found that the driving was pretty good. This isn't Gran Turismo, so of course there is room for improvement, but I have no complaints.

As for Brawl, it was probably the game with the most hype that seemed to disappear two days after release. I guess the casuals aren't into log term game sessions...
I don't get why everyone is whining about the use of zoom for this "test".
Zooming in to notice dithering is a pretty good test for colour quality. For example a 16-colour palette as opposed to a 256-colour palette is usually covered up using more dithering. The 360 usually has a higher contrast in colour, but that is very different than having a more diverse colour range, which the high contrast usually tends to attempt to hide.

The fact that they didn't mention Gears kind of ruins the list. At least that is my top anticipated 360 title. Are they suggesting that the release date might be in 2009? I find that strange since I thought it was out for November.

I approved the story based on Sonarus' comment. At least both sides of the story will see the light of day.
Although I was hesitant since these comparisons were getting tiresome about half a year ago. This is overkill, but what would N4G be without beating a dead horse... who knows?
It would be interesting to see how they implement this. From playing the first two GOW I never pictured online play as something that could fit the franchise.
I hope they pull it off though, since this is one game I will be buying without question.
Yes, I'm being serious. I checked most of the downtown area. Best Buy, EB Games, Future Shop, even smaller shops like Game Shack.
At this point I'm almost willing to wait for the next shipment since I wasn't too sold on this game to begin with.
Edit: Not to mention those places are pretty out of my way, and they might be sold out. (If not as I type this, by tomorrow)

Too bad I can't find Grand Theft Auto 4 for the PS3 any where in Toronto, Canada. I must have checked like 8 different places. Oddly enough they were all over flowing with the 360 version. I guess some people don't think paying for extra content in half a year makes the 360 version superior...
