This happens a lot. A game I was working on almost got shipped with the president of the companies name Incorrectly spelled. It was input as "John" and not "Jon". There were about 5-6 other spelling errors.

The 360 has a safety feature to prevent something like this from happening. If left on for multiple hours it will shut off and never turn on ever again.

I'd probably replace Fallout 3 and Galaxy with Gears and Uncharted. Besides a few issues with the order (Not a huge Portal fan) it is a decent list. GTA4 probably wouldn't make the list either, I'd replace it with Rock Band.
I haven't played FC2 yet, but it looks pretty great.

"Consoles are a different market than PC." Since when? When I bought Bioshock I had the choice between getting it for the PS3 or PC. That makes it the same market because they are competing for the same customers, with what is essentially the same product. What you define as a different market is purely your own thinking.
This is pretty easy to understand. Xbox users try to justify their lack of exclusives by including games available on other platforms. It must be depressing to have so very little exclusive games.
If I can play Gears of War without using a 360, it is not exclusive to the 360. It does not get any more simple than that. If a game is sold with the intent to be playable on a platform that is not the 360, than it is not an exclusive 360 game. Come to terms with it and get over it.

I have about 12 xbox live accounts. Each time I go to a buddies house I create a new account to take advantage of the free month given to new users. We have a server at work that allows us to make as many fake emails as we want, so I can have a legitimate email within a second. I know quite a few people that take advantage of this. Since even though an xbox live user has a live account their guests do not get the same privileges without having one themselves. Talk about milking your customers...

I prefer achievements that are handled within a game, especially those that actually unlock content.
The way Uncharted handled trophies was very nice. In Valkyria Chronicles (great game btw) I like how you can receive weaponry and medals depending on how you handled various missions. Even something Like unlocking various weapons/items in Metal Gear or how they handled rewarding you a rank.
