I like games that make one play tactically, usually on the higher difficulties.

That's the difference between backwards Compatibility and a Streaming service like PSnow.
BC allows you to play the games you already own for free, or buy new 360 games, or buy used 360 games, or borrow 360 games from a friend.
Streaming means your old library is worthless as you have to pay for the service to play games you may already own.
How's that for "doing a great number on ya'll"?
