Yeah I caught that as well.
He complains about how complicated the skill and options for the battle system are and then complains that its shallow.
He cries about how he doesn't understand what the characters are talking about, so its clear he didn't bother playing the first game.
Then there the 2 paragraph rant on the downfall of jrpgs.
Doesn't even review the online portion, just mentions in a single sen...
Ah I see. *instantly jealous*
Its really sad. I was hoping for more acclaim so that new people would hop online. Oh well I'm still buying it regardless of how much everyone else hates it.
Did they review the Japanese version? Doesn't come out till like August.
Sticky white stuff
Severed was pretty cool but I have no interest in multiplayer maps. Hopefully EA releases another single player add on before they move on to the 3rd game. I know I would be interested in buying it.
If the billboard is so big it takes up 3 buildings, you have to wonder how many dvd discs it will take to fit the whole game.
I'm really excited about Skyrim but I may only rent it initially, I hate paying for dlc when a goty edition will be out later for the same price.
That reminds me of the dragon age origins trailer I saw online. It looked so much better than the actual game I didn't even realize that it had the same characters until I watched it a 2nd time.
Personally I thought that hardcore was easier than zealot difficultly, but then again I played zealot on the first run. I didn't have the awesome upgraded weapons and armor to start my run with.
I wonder what the hold up to the US version is then. It just seems odd that the UK is getting it so much sooner than the US. I guess maybe they get an international version and the US gets its own version?
I'm confused, and jealous too.
I guess that begs the question for all games then. I always thought that console/pc titles at least were compared on the same pedestal. Now that makes me wonder if x360 exclusives tend to get higher ratings just because there are so few of them. Guess I'm just over analyzing.
I agreed but wanted to expand on what you said further. Its 77 million accounts, not people. The total number of consoles is around 40 million.
At any rate anyone who has all these titles should be in the minority. The problem is that we are on a games website where the vocal minority sounds a lot larger than it really is.
Also like you said when xbox live went down for 2 weeks only a single downloadable title was made free. This offer from Sony blows...
They are really ripping on the pc version, is it really that much worse than the x360 version? Doesn't make much sense to me.
@fatstarr
gameboy=>gameboy color
gameboy advance=>advance sp, mirco
ds=>ds lite, dsi
All of Nintendo's handhelds where remade except for the virtual boy, which wasn't worth owning anyway. History dictates that they will make a new betterer version of the 3ds, unless it tanks that is...
Very true I hadn't even considered the fact that each title can be downloaded multiple times. I don't get the sense of entitlement that people are getting over this.
I'm very pleased with Sony's offerings, if fact I'm almost shocked at how much free stuff they are offering for a free service.
So...psn goes down
the internet rages...
sony offers free psn+ for a month
the fanboys rage more...
sony offers a massive package of free stuff for a free service
Now we are getting articles that have the opinion that Sony should just give us psn credit. To every single account.
At 40 dollars per account that costs Sony 3080000000
At 60 dollars per account that costs Sony 4620000000
Between ...
Really liked the enemy and level design in demon's souls, it looks like From is going to knock this one out of the park as well.
Well at least you don't live in Missouri. Looks like you will have to be the one to send out the friend invite.
Where all did you get stuck and what soul level are you on?
Lol, I thought I saw a g instead of a q in the title.
