I'll put my vote in for Kate Beckinsale while in her role as Selene from the underworld movies. Shes badass, shoots guns, and looks great doing it. Although this may just be my selfish desire to see her in that latex catsuit again...

Unfortunately the 'people' that shop at WalMart and the like won't be able to comprehend your math. All they will see will be the 99$ price tag. They will probably just think it was on sale and even think they saved a couple hundred bucks.
Xenogears is awesome, unfortunately it didn't age as well as Earthbound. Any rpg fan should consider it their duty to play both if they haven't already.
I'm sure From just wants to give PC gamers a chance to feel their version is special to drum up sales for it. If the PC version isn't unique then whats the point in buying it really?
I imagine after PC enthusiasts get to have their fun for awhile From will come out with an even bigger DLC for console goers to enjoy.
If Sony, MS, and Nin go cheap and make consoles that perform incrementally better than this generation I could see that happening.
Surely at least one of them will come out with a powerhouse machine though(I hope).

The two examples you gave are items that are not essential to completing the game. If you really want the platinum trophy shouldn't you have to spend a vast amount of time earning it?

It was so hard to figure passwords out a few days after writing them. I always got the 0's and O's mixed up along with other characters that looked similar. It didn't help that as a kid I had horrible handwriting too(still do really).
Yeah to beat the T2 driving stage I had to set books under one side of the tv else I always got a crick in my neck. I don't know why they put the level at an angle like that, it was retarded.

The thing I don't like about Dark Souls is that there are people running around online with some of the best gear in the game, but are on level 12. It makes the pvp very unbalanced.
Still this game rates at least a 10/10. Hopefully From makes a sequel to Demon's Souls next, and makes the coop a little more friendly.

I only hope that Mircosoft spent more than a million to make this happen. Xbox live sub fees hard at work s/. There are so many things the money could be better spent on.
The assets were already in place, the game didn't take nearly as long to develop as its predecessor.
