I don’t want the PS store front like steam either though, where AAA games are sprinkled in amongst loads of indies and filler crap.
Dude, Witcher 3 combat did suck. Loved the characters, story, lore were all top notch, but the combat was super lame. Variety of sword swings, combos and fight animations were severely lacking considering it won GOTY over Bloodborne, which also blew my mind...
Right! Or 4k unlocked if they wanna be generous and throw a 3rd option in there
And unfortunately I’m not interested in a gaming platform tied to forced social media account.
Admittedly this the most excited I’ve been about a R&C game. The prior games were great, but this new joint looks downright amazing!
I’ll be there if this comes to PSVR at some point
Screw Activision and their yearly bloated 300GB CoD skins of previous games! I’m ready for a new company to pick up the “war games” reign!
Seriously doubt it. It would take some huge releases like BOTW2, new Metroid, and then some to beat a brand new Sony console during its holiday launch period.
PS5 will be greater for Horror, it’s called PSVR...
With no AAA exclusives games or really any 1st party launch exclusives coming anytime soon, and a $600 price tag, I think most consoles would be DOA
So, $2,500-3,000 for a PC that can still only run this game at 4k30fps w/medium or higher settings? PS5 is looking like it will be a performance bargain more and more!
I’d bet he is, considering their 1st party line-up is absent as usual. Xbox doesn’t have crap going into the start of the new gen, except backwards compatibility and Sony will have that too(along with the better library of PS4 games. And, I’m not buying a SeriesX to play 360 games which is the last gen they made their biggest efforts. Don’t know why they insist on going head to head either, when one is a service now and the other a dedicated console and game maker. They don’t have the same p...
What a joke, MS are reaching pretty hard right now to stay in the past and IGN is gonna give them a freepass on lack of innovation. What world did I wake up to...
So, the real reason Xbox gamepass was not approved for iOS comes to light lol
Absolutely agreed, however the game is beautiful and showcases a lot of graphical power, which MS wants to convince potential consumers of the “power of 12TF”. If they showed 10-12 minutes of this they could’ve managed to keep people’s interest and likely sway a few casuals even. Better than doing a deep dive on an unready Halo: Infinite I was thinking...
MS should have this showcased this instead of Infinite at their 1st party show. This game alone would have distracted from the condition of Halo and shown off the “power potential” of the SeriesX, shoring up consumer confidence in said power. This game is a great win for the brand but could’ve used a brighter spotlight considering the lack of content on deck for Xbox 1st party-wise. Always coulda, woulda, wait til next E3 with Xbox.
The delay is only evidence that Phil is sitting on a turd atm, and shouldn’t have paraded it on-stage like the second coming of Halo when it clearly wasn’t ready(game-wise) or to demonstrate the power of Series X. It just put a bad taste in my mouth for the route MS seem to be taking with their “next gen”. It all feels rushed, and no other big 1st party IPs to fall back on either. I love new generations but I’m definitely not buying the new chunk of plastic this time for gamepass. Gonna have ...
Of course it is, it’s just not a decision MS should’ve had to come to with infinite’s budget, team size, and amount of time already spent on the project. I don’t have problems delaying A game for quality sake, but coming to their Console launch with NO large console exclusives feels pretty inexcusable.
Just got my platinum. Kept me roped in with those painting-esque graphics and fantastic combat mechanics til the very end. Most fun I’ve had since Bloodborne and God of War this generation!
So it will start at 100GB day one then balloon larger from there. Got it!
