I’m getting SeriesX at launch, but I’m not excited about how much dust it will collect while I’m playing Demon Souls, SM:MM, Godfall, and maybe even destruction all-stars all at launch...I’m sure I’ll turn it on eventually to play through Control and Sekiro at top specs, but in no way does that beat an actual 1st party launch line-up of your own
I’ll play this once it hits gamepass. Not paying Ubisoft for bloated parkour games anymore

No cr@p, one has a legit launch line-up of new or re-imagined next-gen games, one has a subscription service compiled of pre-existing/past gen-titles. Wonder which one makes more since day 1?

A remake coming out on day1 selling consoles vs. games 2-3 maybe 4 years out helping Xbox...wonder which will make the bigger impact momentum-wise? I think Demon Souls and Miles Morales will do just fine moving units for PS this Holiday. Sure wish we were getting ANYTHING big with the new consoles from MS at launch. Please spare me the gamepass BS. I buy games not services, and right now I don’t see anything impressive with a release date from Xbox.

Were Horizon Zero Dawn, Days Gone, and God of War eastern RPGs? I’m confused... I think Sony does far better than most at RPGs IMO.
Atmosphere-wise, I’d agree all day long. As far as visual fidelity goes Bloodborne needs a big patch to catch up to the new Demon Souls...this coming from a Bloodborne fanatic. Both beautiful games though
Anything with a PS4 Pro patch or performance mode/unlocked frame rates like God of War, Nioh, and Horizon should all play with boosted frame rates at a minimum, same as SeriesX running old OneX enhanced games. Any other enhancements still aren’t disclosed yet unfortunately

I managed to pull the same off with Ghost of Tsushima and LOU2. Spoiler free play throughs paid off enjoying both of those gems to the max! So, good on you bud, enjoy. I’ve already played Spider-man though so I’ve been watching the trailers for this new one like they were Maury re-runs in the break room lol
