I dunno, overgrown and crash remakes for mw2 in those map packs looked quite a bit better than they did on cod4 imho.

Wow, what's with the aggressive attitude? I didn't once state any fact more of a prediction based on my own understandings of pirated games. I have no idea if any blizzard games specifically get released early but the majority of games are downloadable before the official release date.. some weeks in advance. Also the "rebel" comment? I not once advocated piracy just stating that you can't beat the pirates this way.
No it won't be standard.. why? Because you won't beat the internet pirates by hurting your legitimate customers. Diablo 3 will be downloadable and 100% fully working and playable before it's official release day.. there will never be a game copy protection system that stops pirates getting free games.
It can do.. too bad such a high percentage of it's playerbase resort to use lame tactics and the most annoying overpowered perk/weapon combinations. It's the niche titles which provide the quality over quantity. For me, games like Heavy rain and LA Noire provide some much needed variety in the endless cycle of action and shooter games.
This is a really good article actually and echos pretty much my feelings towards the 360 currently. When the article covered the first few glory years of the 360 everything looked so bright and actually helped me transition from pc only gamer to a proud console gamer.

Well to be honest, isn't the answer to this simple.. SPREAD THE WORD!! Get as many people to get Tales of Graces as possible. Tales of the Abyss also if you know enough people with a 3ds.. tales of the abyss was never released in the UK so I will probably pick up a 3ds come release to buy that game.
At the end of the day the localization decision makers deal with finance numbers not petition numbers. I don't see how they can't want to localize more Tales games if...
I'm skeptical.. I couldn't care less about the ability to customize my control pad, to change the weight of the controller or to personalize it. What I wanted was a controller that was made up of the very best possible parts for a controller to give it a true premium feel. That MLG controller is gigantic and reminds me of those cheap knockoff controllers.

Personally I hate the direction they took the star wars game making it look like a tacky kids toy in the trailer they released at E3 however credit where it's due.. well played Microsoft for doing something I'm extremely surprised by and taking the time to fully complete the game before release especially seeing as it's one of the biggest kinect selling points for this year. I can easily think of a good number of developers who would just release it this year then patch after.

It's pretty sad though.. no MMO will ever touch what eve has accomplished however the developers complete and blatant disregard for what the players want is saddening. Eve is too much of a niche mmo to cope with pissing off such a large proportion of it's fanbase and if the die hards are really going to throw in the towel, I wonder how long it'll survive in it's current state...
