The war focus sounds awesome but Pandas? Like seriously.. when it was a rumor I dismissed it as it sounded stupid but guess I was wrong.
9/10
Knew the question I got wrong but quickly answered it when I shouldn't. In fairness I did guess two of them and got them right.
Couldn't agree more
Disgaea 4 is getting a lot of great reviews and I'm thinking of getting it.. do you need to play the other three in the series beforehand or is each story completely independent?
I agree really that TOR players will either just quit MMOs or move back to WoW. Blizzard have nailed WoW down to perfection in so many aspects and while I find endgame boring and the whole constant gear progression dull, I can't deny that the combat is PERFECT and extremely involving and addictive.
The combat videos I've seen of TOR makes it look like WoW on ritalin. It suffers from all the exact same combat stereotype every other mmo suffers from.. a detachment from ...
LMFAO.. yeah because p2p connections is really the way to go for competitive gaming. Whoever is thinking about not making dedis ranked should never work on a PC game again.
I picked up a copy of atelier rorona the other day, wasn't my proudest moment taking it to the counter when the woman serving was really hot.
I don't think it's wrong though.. my friends would tease me if they saw it but I'm used to that.
Quezacotl is nothing next to Knights of the Round materia.. that's the most epic summon of all time for me.
Bad review score.. FF8 deserves 11/10.. it's perfect in almost every possible way. Easily the most memorable gaming experience of my teenage years.
How can anyone disagree with this? Uematsu is a musical genius and FF8 reflects this as good as any of his work.
How very call of duty like re-releasing old maps as part of DLC. Hope they don't plan on charging a lot for them. Be nice to see if EA stick to their guns (which they won't).. I'm pretty sure when BC2 came out, they were touting that they'd never charge for extra maps.
First Clock Tower game was easily the scariest game I've ever played. The series was extremely underrated.
How is this a new franchise? It's the Spyro franchise.
So what happens in January.. you can no longer realistically use OnLive?
Who cares? For us Europeans who don't care much for handheld gaming, it's out first chance to play the game every RPG fan was raving about.
Comparing throws to camping is very apples and oranges. Throwing is an integral part of fighting game mechanics and helps to keep players on their toes. Every time you get caught in a throw you only have yourself to blame. Besides, anyone who constantly spams throws is usually fairly easy to deal with.
Camping on the other hand is only really acceptable in my eyes when it serves a purpose in a match. Some guy camping way out of the way of action with a heartbeat sensor in an ...
Replace at least some of the cast members from Legacy.. the guy who plays Jax comes to mind. Nothing against his acting but he can't throw convincing kicks to save his life.
Haven't even read the article but just the highlights bit he mentions about seeing which ones deserve the hype. With how Square have been with consoles this gen, it doesn't deserve the hype.
I think we've reached a sad state of affairs in gaming when developers have to make public announcements stating that beta graphics aren't as good as the final version.
I wonder how many people who actually play the beta even realize it's actually a beta and treat it as if it's a demo?
I think most casuals have moved along and probably have no idea about any of them games mentioned. Time will tell I guess.
