Looks crap though graphically and the whole idea of it. The fact that it can be used as a mini tv ruins the creative usage of the game and turns it into nothing more than a cheap gimmick for people who play on their tvs. This is total crap.
Look at the graphics too.. nowhere near on par with the 360 or ps3. Now I'm not a total graphics whore but how on earth are they going to compete in 3-4 years ...
£230 is great for a handheld console which is far more affordable over in the states? You must be made of money!
Simple Economics means we pay an extra £70 for something that still costs them the same to make? Now we do have higher taxes but paying £70 extra is just nuts. I'll be importing mine.
229 pounds for something that is $249? I hope I can import this like the psp then as that price is CRAZY HIGH. $250 is currently converted to £151 now I understand we have something like an extra 5% or something tax on electronics but to add £70 onto that price is just plain and flat out wrong.
Wow I'm shocked a 360 magazine actually came out with an article like this. I guess being a journalist gaming fanatic and working exclusively for the 360 must be very depressing and they can only take so much more. It's sad that it won't effect this generation but fingers crossed it will cost Microsoft next generation and they'll be left to ponder their mistakes.

I see the technology behind kinect but the innovation.. do enlighten me? If you take out "pretending" to hold an object and get past the "you are the controller" marketing blurb, all you're left with is similar games that have already been done on the wii. I admit I haven't given kinect enough viewing time to be completely accurate but the footage I've seen in E3, there really isn't that much innovation there.

Well how many move only games have actually been released for ps3? Sony are spending more time trying to incorporate it into their existing games so that truly EVERYONE can benefit from it as opposed to just casual families.
Welcome to a GAMERS website! Granted the voice command features for Mass Effect 3 and Ghost Recon looked cool but there is nothing innovative with the kinect titles announced.

It was underwhelming however I expected it and the one thing that would have saved it for me was Halo CE Remake. Now to find out they are not remaking the mp and instead releasing classic maps for reach... It's a HUGE slap in the face. Halo 3 was the best fps for me on the 360 and to constantly hear halo fans complaining that it isn't as good as Halo 2 or Halo CE had me so curious and gagging to give either a go online and was so excited by all the rumours for a Halo CE Remake.. Micro...
The original wins hands down just because it actually has a good multiplayer mode. I'm gutted that 343 decided to just add new classic maps for reach as opposed to the game coming with the original halo mp.

Well take a look around, you're in the minority. Also if you look around and read comments you'll see there is probably more hate filled comments coming from 360 gamers than there are from ps3 (who are probably too busy laughing themselves to death to come on n4g).
I'm glad microsoft made you happy with their conference however I've supported them, sworn by them and made sure all my friends got their console over the ps3 and I for one feel betrayed by microso...
I hope Nintendo put up a strong showing however I doubt Nintendo can contend with the power of Sony's and Microsoft's next consoles.
They remind me of how I perceived Nintendo a while back.. Mario Mario Zelda Zelda Metroid, Mario Mario Zelda Zelda Metroid... then a bunch of shovelware. It'll be interesting to see how it will effect the next generation of consoles. If Sony release their console first, It wouldn't surprise me if they completely run off in first place next generation.
Apart from half the Halo fans can't stand reach and consider it a huge step back for the franchise. They should have redone CE mp and also have the maps playable in reach. The large majority of people who were really really psyched for this announcement were so for CE over xbl and 343 just took a steaming dump all over their cornflakes.
