But drake did leave tracks in the snow...
How does the digital download of the soundtrack and documentary work for us? We don't have access to the video store here. Or will we still be able to download it via the voucher codes?
@darkride66: The funny thing is, it doesn't even need the use of the wii-mote to play, which is the "defining" feature of the Wii. Another top seller, Brawl and Zelda also didn't make good use of the wii-mote. Kind of makes you think doesn't it? Gamecube 1.5? Yes I think so.
If the game has improved this much since the demo, imagine what it could have been had it not been downgraded to make sure it runs identically on the 360. It's no secret that Rockstar limited the size of GTA4's world due to disc limitations.
It's also not a secret that PS3 exclusives really make use of the hardware and can be seen in every aspect of the game.
Only when FFvXIII is released will we see what could have been for FFXIII.
I agree. I vastly preferred R2 over R1. I felt it was a huge improvement. I hope Insomniac sticks to their own vision of the franchise and not cave in to a minority of people against R2.
The demo alone proves that it's not a 40/40 game. It's DMC4 with a female protagonist.
I really want it but can't find a copy in Toronto. Luckily Atlus announced that another shipment is coming soon.
Totally agree. Makes you think that Sony knew what they were doing when they didn't get into a bidding war for multiplatform or exclusive deals for those JRPGs.
Uncharted sold 2.5 million LTD so this one should do 4 million or so.
Are you insane? They are not going to price Natal at $50 or even $100. It's a motion sensing peripheral so if they're going to charge $100 for a wi-fi adapter, what makes you think they'll price this cheaper than that? If they're going to price their HDD's at a ridiculous level, why would they sell Natal for any less?
Batman Arkham Asylum and Need for Speed Shift sold more on the PS3 in North America, despite the PS3 being behind by 7 million or so consoles. Fancy that eh?
This was posted on this very site a few days after the launch of the Go. This is not news.
No need to get angry people. Just wait for their Modern Warfare 2 review and see if they give it higher than 9.3 (which they most certainly will) which completely discredits what the Editor-in-Chief, Shane Satterfield said. By my count, MW2 is just MW1 with a few new features and tweaks, exactly like Uncharted 2 is basically Uncharted 1 with a few new features and tweaks. If uncharted 2 deserves this, "9.3 that game got is about as high a score as a game like that is ever going to get on...
We're not disputing the scores for Gears and Halo. What we're disputing is Gears 2 and Halo 3. They did nothing ground breaking compared to the first games and yet still managed to score extremely high. The "originality" component only applies to games they want to put it to.
lol, mods on the GT forums are closing all threads related to the article.
Seriously. When they slap a 9.5+ on MW2, bombard Shane with messages quoting the crap that he himself wrote about originality.
They already have their naughty dog engine running at a high level so using it to make a sick Jak game isn't out of the question. I'd like to see another new IP out of them though.
How is it possible they don't have the game locked in at 30fps at this stage of PS3 development. It's ridiculous! They need to optimize that engine a lot more. And it wasn't just a PS3 problem. The game didn't run like butter on the 360 either.
You are totally right. The majority of people who modded their PS1, PS2, Xbox, Xbox360, PSP, DS, all just did it for homebrew apps. Gimme a break buddy.
It's not likely that it was paid for. The SOLE reason it's on PS3 and not 360 is because of the mandatory HDD included in every PS3, and the youtube upload was an added feature a while back.
