4k 60 fps not gonna happen unless it's on low settings. But what's the point in running highest resolution if you have to lower details. Xbox 1x at 4k is not running highest details. Even the AMD RX Vega 64 which is 50% faster is not running 4k at max settings.

of course I meant without kinect. Kinect was trash for gaming, but people defended kinect for years and it sold millions. (LOL)
If kinect was treated like the trash it was, maybe xbox one would've been better off
I think $350 would have been a better price for xbox one launch. (it was still weaker than ps4). Windows is no longer the most used OS, android is the most used OS in the world
Since xbox depends mostly on 3rd party games, it doesn't matter if they don't have generations or not because eventually developers will stop supporting older hardware. Is microsoft going to ask developers to gimp games so old xbox consoles aren't left out? XBOX will have new hardware release around the same time as ps5, and xbox one will be forgotten soon after. Microsoft probably can't wait to move on from this gen

they have 50+ million MAU which includes silver, pc, mobile. I doubt they have more gold subs than xbox one consoles sold
If they did that then they would lose out on 3rd party game fees and xbox live sub fees. They would only make money from 1st party games, which isn't much. Example: PUBG release on pc has nothing to do with microsoft.

rise and quantum break were average games that saw average sales. They are not on the same level as God of War or Uncharted, so they won't sell as much. You can't expect people to buy games they aren't interested in just so they can expect more games.
The developers of those games are not with microsoft. Even HALO and Gears of War are not made by the original developers. They should let the developers they have work on new ip instead
SONY makes their games for playstation. Why would they want to put it on other consoles? They want you to buy playstation.

A microsoft exec said they want to monetize every aspect of gaming. Which is where microtransactions come in i guess. It's even named after them
Even if the xboxx has the a resolution advantage, it's not like the playstation games are going to all of sudden look bad. PS4 still has games that look good, arguably ps4 still has better looking games than xbox. 3rd party devs are not going to out of their way to make xbox games stand out unless Microsoft pays them

PC gaming is doing fine without microsoft
Cancelling the games is not betting quite a bit on new ip. Finishing the development and releasing it would be.
