You don't see Microsoft pumping out Gaas games because they haven't been pumping out games. HALO infinite and Gears 5 had some of the worst microtransactions.

Actually multiplat games with multiplayer almost always have more players on playstation. Like 2-5 times more. Look at ps plus to gamepass subs.

yeah it seems like it copied the perfect block from sekiro. I think Remnant is the best non fromsoft souls like game. It has its own playstyle.
I think if another company took Microsofts place, they would be better starting their own brand. XBOX is not that strong of a brand name outside of USA. (putting it nicely)

It's 6 on steam (played) with a peak of 200k. I don't think millions are playing it on xbox. (It's not #1 on xbox)

The "cities" look more like a shopping mall or something. I know there aren't land vehicles in the game but it looks weird that there aren't any roads at all.

Well when the internal ssd goes bad on an xbox, the console becomes useless. There an invisible partition on the ssd which is like a key for the xbox to boot, so you can't just replace it. Since the ssd is really small on the series S, people are probably deleting and reinstalling games all the time. SSD are limited in how many time you can write to it before they die. So a lot of people will probably end up buying a replacement xbox when the ssd inevitably fai...
No it wouldn't be. They want the platform to collect money from all game sales on xbox. Third party developers have a lot of competition and they have to make good games to sell them. Even though they bought activision, how much longer does COD have left? They already remade modern warfare and the last "new" COD had a big drop in player base. PS5 controller inspired by xbox? LOL yeah right. The ps5 controller looks like all their other controllers with the same button layout, the one the XBOX copied off playstation. Their first controller had the awkwardly placed tiny black and white buttons, then they ditched it real quick to use dual shoulder buttons like playstation controllers. (Only lasted a year) Also it was 3 times the size of ps controller, and it had the worst d-pad.

I think they sell more series s consoles. So they aren't going to develop for the smaller install base.
PS5 and XBOX series X were never going to 8k 120hz games. Maybe play tetris or pacman at 8k 120hz. Not sure if you know but PS5 outsells XBOX every month, in every region, so it's not playstation thats in trouble. Just hope that MIcrosoft doesn't ruin the ip's they got from Activision/Blizzard like they have with HALO and Gears.
PC player don't need xbox for starfield. Xbox player, starfield is great! PS player, Baldurs gate for me for sure!
