Actually people should be absolutely supportive for Insomniac for this. Its been a goal of theirs to have their own IP. Granted they did go multiplat but they get to expand their audience and even make others fans of their work who would otherwise never consider playing an insomniac game.
In fact if it becomes a hit it could actually lead people to check out the PS3 exclusives made by Insomniac.

Honestly the most hilarious idea about this is that most people who are cheering Nintendo for being first to launch to market this console don't realize that the WiiU console is on par and marginally superior to the PS3 which has been in the market for 5 years and yet the PS Vita will be launched before the Wii U launches and would most likely have the same tech implemented at Vitas launch before the Wii U.
Excuse me Ubisoft for not believing you on this. I really have a hard time believing that you of all developers can deliver on an "innovative" exclusive launch title. I still remember how much you guys hyped Red Steel at the Wii launch and that was one helluva broken game.

Sniping isn't always bad though. Like you said, if they work in a team its okay. I actually will do sniping but I don't camp. I actually move on the map and when my team is getting flanked I provide cover fire to draw attention and allow my team mates to get to a better advantage point.

I am going out on a limb with this comment but I think that they can do without the HDD. Now before people start flaming me let me clarify why.
PS3 NEEDS a hdd because of the slower read speeds of the blu-ray drive and lack of available ram(ie: that isn't being used by the XMB)so it needs to install data to the HDD from the Blu-ray to not only help the load speeds of the game but function as a sort of cache.

I have to disagree with Nintendo being the winner.
They did not divulge much information on the system, its tech, the price, the games, the online, the maximum controller support, and up until the end of the conference did we realize that the controller was not the console. They left more questions than concrete answers at the very end.
I did like their presentation on the 3DS games because it feels like they are trying to justify the 3DS with solid software...
