If the game is patched to have a different key that would be read by the firmware which has the corresponding key.

Why are we concerned with this? Its not like Black Ops was a good game by any standards. It just proved a point that stupid people (IE people who bought black ops) do stupid things (IE the emblem). Now it would be REAL news if someone made something on minecraft that was offensive, but that requires intellect.
I doubt Microsoft has the ability to release a wii-mote like add-on. Fact is that a controller being sensed by a camera would infringe upon Sony's already patented technology. A fight that Microsoft would rather avoid all together.

I would rather this game ride on its own merits than off the pent up demand of another game. I feel this game will easily sell well without a Gears demo because it is very fun. And yes I tried it (E3 pass FTW).
I think this will only serve as more of a fanboy argument than an actual important part of the game.

The only reason why PS3 fans are using exclusives as a positive point is because the 360 fans were holding that over the Sony fans head for a while. But I guess now since the 360 isn't on top in terms of the amount of quality exclusives the argument becomes, best sales?
