Both platforms PS3 and PSP each outsold the 360. I guess that is a stark contrast to what the American gaming journalists call doom. I am sure someone in Japan is writing a "360 is doomed" article over there too.

Its that simple.
a) If there are three consoles out compared to one, don't you think that the 3 combined will make more money on the combined accessories than that of just one system?
b) Higher attach rate of games yet only one system attached to them. Think about the fact that PSN is on two systems. With 3 systems using a disc based media. The numbers add up.
c) Unfortunately you are wrong there. The 360 is sold at a loss. The only article to claim that Xbox 360 making a profit was ...

Maybe the bad scores are a good thing. Think about it, usually a movie that is hyped that gets one or two bad reviews suddenly has controversial popularity and everyone goes to the movies to see for themselves.
One or two bad reviews in a sea of glowing reviews does the game some good in sales because now people want to play the game to form their own opinion on the matter. Unlike the fanboys, most gamers do compare their enjoyment of the game to the range of review scores.

After two months it stopped playing games and started playing crap. I sold it on ebay and bought a PS3 with the money, still going strong after a year and a half.
Next time they can use the PS3s to figure out why the 360 overheats when trying to run games?

Sony is in a fairly comfortable position with plenty of development resources and a dependable/futureproof console. MS on the other hand seems to think firing their staff will allow the 360 to stay afloat but if the hardware is not dependable and there are no more 1st party developers making games for the 360 because you fired them all its worse than shooting yourself in the foot. Its like having been split at the waist and trying to survive in shark infested waters.

Name one game that EA re-released eight years later at full price. Thats like releasing Madden 2001 for the playstation 2 eight years later for the same price it was in fall 2000.
Now it plays games without those insanely expensive discs. Damn when should a blu-ray game cost less than some crappy re-release of a game more than 8 years old?
Moral of this story: If you bought a Wii, don't pay for crappy games...steal them.
