Dear 2K, please go find the AKI guys immediately.
Love and kisses,
Fatty.
PS: shut up and take my money if you do.
I'm really surprised GS gave it such a high score (just based on how they usually score games) but I'm pleased.
Huh, the real-life Buzz Killington is angry about something?
Other than some Special Editions that I'm pretty sure will actually be limited (Atlus, NIS, and recently, Ni No Kuni's Wizard Edition), I don't pay full price for games anymore. I always wait for sales; given so many games seem to drop to $40 within a month or two of release, I can wait a bit longer and save some $ in the process.
Looking forward to sharing this one with my wife and son... though I was going to no matter what.
I've got two Wizard Editions on my way and preordered one at GameStop to get the steelbook edition. It's gonna be a great title.
Quickly fanboys, whip out your electronic cocks to see whose is bigger, and thus is a better person!
Never heard of the reviewer, but the recent Game Informer crew has not impressed me. I've read them since 1995 and their current batch of writers (with the exception of the long-time editors) write in a much more press-release or ad copy way. The newer writers may just need to find their own voice, but currently the reviews feel like ads rather than someone who cares (or doesn't care for) the game they played.
The Rumble Pak used to verbally abuse me and stole my lunch money on several occasions. F*** that jerk.
I picked one up at Best Buy the other day and I'm pleased with it so far, although I was very surprised to see how many were on the shelves (probably 50 of the regulars, 8 of the Deluxes).
Given at this point after the Wii launch, the only ways to get one were to know a manager, be there when a shipment came in, or pay high prices on eBay, the Wii U doesn't seem to have the same incredible momentum as the original. However, the Wii did launch with a lower price, both...
I've got one of the Dead Space Ultra Limited Editions, and given they only made 1000 of them, I'd say that's pretty limited. Also got one of only a couple thousand Kingdom of Amalur LEs, so that one wasn't overproduced. Also got a Borderlands 2 Loot Chest for the PC, which is pretty sweet.
I'm entertained by the fact that guys that write these articles act like an attractive woman in any depiction within a game is automatically sexist, regardless of the fact that there are lots of attractive women in the world, and among those who play video games.

How does this author know for sure that she wasn't involved in gold farming (thus the "honest gamers" title)? Did the author go to Blizzard to at least check into the claims? Or did he ask Chinese authorities about it? I'm not saying the woman in the story is lying, but I need more than one side of a story if someone is going to make a big deal out of bans.
If they're going to publish articles like this, they need more sources and attempts at solid jour...
I'd be influenced too if I had to kill various versions of myself in a game.
Didn't we see an article with a very similar premise from a better site than Kotaku the other day?
Horse love is never consensual; they always say "neigh"
The reason I haven't gotten the system is that the SNK collections that have been released have had many of these games. If they throw on KoF2001, KoF 1998 and King of the Monsters 2, then I'll grab one. Until then it's too costly and too limited for me.
Wow, yet another copyright infringement suit in the making. Too bad they're not in the US and unlikely to actually get an enforceable sanction.
Yeah, getting a new WWE-licensed AKI game would be mind-blowing to say the least.
