I would play the heck out of this game.
I think they're just being polite, and it is quite possible that their settlement had a "non-disparagement" clause in it. However, they might be that much better people than Kotick and Co.
I run a business and I know I'd make it my goal to financially bury someone who put me through the kind of crap Activision put them through. But that's just me.

There are far worse companies in America, in the way they treat their customers, their employees, and society.
EA's not a shining star by any means, but they don't deserve the hate they get when you have other companies that wrecked the economy as a whole and put people out of their homes. The only people EA evicted were the residents of SimCity.

Got mine preordered; mostly will match my Zelda DS Lite.
My area has at least 6 Gamestops, 3 of which have women as their store managers, and they always seem cool and very in control of the guys. Plus back in the day I worked at Gamestop and once again, female employees in our district were never treated differently than the men or harassed.

I like my Wii U, but since buying it in January, I've only purchased 2 retail games for it (and got Nintendo Land for free), and then a few of the 30-cent classics. It's not a bad system, but there isn't a lot of must-play stuff for it. Nintendo needs to get the hits rolling out quickly for this thing, or they're going to get completely destroyed this fall when the PS4 (and to a lesser degree, the new Xbox) hit.

I had 4 bucks worth of fun with it, but then again I'm a fat guy with a juvenile sense of humor.
Stalking people and then shoving heart-clogging food at them was a stroke of insane genius... or insanity... or corporate profiteering... maybe all three.
Despite a sluggish game market, Sony comes through! Definitely a testament to the power of the Playstation.
