Split-screen, SP co-op, LAN support, and a readjusted gun camera view in addition and I'll be happy. That's all I ask for.
ehhh Nah. The best appeal of CS is LAN-play. Being able to play this game on one of the most dinosaur of PCs is the other big appeal. I still remember the days where all of us in the computer lab were secretly playing CS without the teacher knowing.
If they do release a 2nd iteration of CS. It must retain all the appeals that made CS 1.6 so great. Although to be honest, I wouldn't mind if they take away the rifle-cannon known as the "Scout".
What're you talking about?
Every 360 game has multipurpose code to take advantage of the CPU. The difference between the Cell and the Xenon is that Xenon has 3 CPUs stuck together with GP power so it's easier to assign separate code to each thread. It's like having 3 CPUs at once and it works nicely. With Cell, you technically only have 1 CPU because the PPU handles all the code going out towards the GPU, XDR-RAM,. However, it gets complicated because the Cell (or CBE) isn't a tr...
A 2007 engine is still able to produce visuals like this. All CE3 needs now is some good tweaking and new effects and we'll be set. Good find, Panda.
I can't tell. Is this in-game?

Frankly, I think the article is over-selling Bioware's talents. Yeah, Mass Effect 2 is a great game and I'll own up to that personally. But when it comes to "choice". There are far better games that really make you believe that you control the outcome of the game.
I like to think of ME2 like a Sandbox. Yeah, there are multiple ways to get from Point A to Point B. You might even lose a couple of people along the way, but you still ultimately get to Point B. Multiple Endi...
I dunno. The animations and drawing in Halo Legends is piss poor vs other giants like Gundam. The Spartans in the anime look like oversized mega-blocks in the 90s.
That and the political protesters back at the home-front wasn't helping either.
Day 1 Purchase!
What the **** did I just watch?
Think of all the windows of IE/Firefox/Opera/Chrome you can have open at once! Heck, you can probably load up at least 20 Photoshop apps at the same time.
I meet the recommended specs. All's good with me. I know my Q6600 won't falter in the light of the Core i7s. That just leaves me with getting a proper DX11 Card and we'll be set.
C'mon, it's Metro 2033! For Crysis, I spent at least 1K to get my rig up to speed. For games like Metro 2033, I'm willing to take that chance.
If the publishers allowed unsatisfied gamers to get a refund on their unsatisfied purchase. There'd be alot less piracy. A good reason for piracy is because people don't want to assume the risk of potentially purchasing a product he/she won't like and can't return and be left with a $50-$60 paperweight. Demos are misleading: They're too short. There's no demo at all!
There are people that pirate because they simply can. How dumb does one have to be to assume that those people mak...
I see your point, and I cannot offer any solution. You have to sign into Steam in order to download the updates, and you cannot order hard copies else where. That, which you already know.
Sucks for the pirates. I got in on the $30 deal at my college. With a price like that. Why bother downloading? Just buy it!
I agree with Clizz. But you gotta admit, the answer the CR Director gave is loaded. They should just come out and say that Halo = Money.
+Bubble. You post it like it is. Good job.
Thus another example of what happens when a great idea is met with the stupidity of people.
Sorry, without Linux on PS3: I can't enjoy HD Videos hassle-free from the comfort of my couch. The Linux PS3 is the ultimate media-center. Sony is daft if they think they can take that away just because their little system just got cracked.
Thank you for the correct. It is the AWP indeed. I have not fun memories of being hit in the leg for MASSIVE DAMAGE. Ugh...still love CS, but god-damn those people.
