OP obviously never met Stubbs.
Not sure if anyone else picked up on this, but they didn't animate a transition from walk to standing still in the main character's animation, so everytime the player stops moving the character 'jumps' to a standing still pose.
It's such a novice mistake and when compared to the rest of the game's quality, it stands out like an unnecessary strain. I really hope they fix that up.
Could you do that in Forge?
Agreed. The jump between Vice City and GTA 3 was huge but the major difference wasn't graphics and gameplay, but art direction and story telling. VC felt like a whole new franchise. The jump for San Andreas was scale, scope, gameplay and longevity.
They each represent a different turning point in the franchise.
As usual, no one reads the article. This piece is just an overview of Itagaki's life works and achievements. A run through of where he's been and where he's going.
I'm sure the author could have thought of a headline that wouldn't evoke so much negativity, but in the same vain, it just takes one click on the reader's part to be significantly less ignorant.
"While most point to GTA Vice City as being their favourite"
A lot of people like to say it, yes, but San Andreas is without a doubt the number one fan favourite, the numbers just don't lie. I worked at a video game retailer and, I swear to you, even though I don't work there anymore they still sell GTA SA on PS2 nearly every day and the local supplier still sends fresh boxes nearly every single week.
I would probably go so far as to say that ours is the most developed African gaming community.
We have our own national gaming expo, we support local eSports, we even have our own national dedicated gaming retail chain and our independent game dev community is currently valued in the millions (Remember Broforce?)
If you came to South Africa, the biggest difference you'd notice as a gamer is the low end internet you have to put up with and a severe lack of...
This site gets a reasonably amount of South African readers. I'm one of them. It always interests me to know what's going on in our local community.
But when I read "OVER 9000" I honestly thought they were referring to the local price of a PS4 because they wouldn't be far off.
Oh man, I got this game on PC and it rocks. I'm told it's a perfect fit for PS Vita too. It's a jump-in-and-jam kinda game. The kind of game you can get in and out of while you're waiting for that download to finish or for someone to get out of the shower.
It's also really challenging and twitchy. These are the arcade games I love playing most.
Definitely influenced by Infamous, but far more inspired by old school Tony Hawk's games according to Insomniac.
If by "Aggressive AI" you mean AI that drives into you and rams you off the road because it's stuck on the driving line and is completely unaware of your presence (a big complaint of many reviews) then, yes, the AI is aggressive.
Dude, that right there says a whole lot about your gaming knowledge. Not in a good way either.
The list;

Also, this is a fringe gaming site that happens to have the same initials as the better known Imagine Games Network IGN, so maybe give them a click to help 'em out.
Nah, in all seriousness, I get the author's point.
As third person shooters go, it wasn't the most fluid or strategic or fulfilling in terms of gunplay and as for the story, the book and film are considered masterpieces in their own mediums, whereas Spec Ops is considered to be great in spite of it's flaws.
That said, I don't think it qualifies for the worst game, but it obviously rubbed him the wrong way and everyone has their personal best a...
Curious that they call it a review and then admit to only having put a few hours in. I didn't see any score though so it looks like it's just a write up... With 'review' in the title :P
@SoapShoes
"the car list which is a tight group of about 50 vehicles from small hatchbacks to Ferraris to track toys like the BAC Mono, all of which are European cars. There is not a single American, Japanese, or Korean automobile in the bunch, and it’s just a little weird."

So, I'm a pretty big Forza fan and honestly, I think this view is hilarious.
The author of this review faults Horizon 2 for;
Being too Easy
Being too Challenging
Being left to choose your own level of difficulty
Being open world
Being arcade
Being able to drive off road without slowing down
This site is genuinely trying to mine clicks from us by drumming up false controversy. In all seriousness, I ...
lol Driveclub has no American cars or Japanese cars, it only has European cars, which is still very limited in my opinion. The overall selection is also very small, 50 cars I believe.
I could've overlooked most other shortcomings, but not this.
Man that is so cool. Respect to these modders.
Hell yes.
