Exaggerated much? Respect to the guy who did the model, but not only are there tons of female Spartans in the Halo Universe that are explored through many different types media out there, but players can play as female Spartans if they so choose.

As far as I know, PS Vita is getting a Call of Duty game. Though it's unlikely to be Modern Warfare 3.

I don't have anything against this, regardless if it's true or not, I just hope Sony doesn't make it an annually released franchise. That could hurt it's growth. They don't need to force out a new GOW to get money the have enough brilliant games.
Reasons this wouldn't happen.
1. Activision Blizzard is the biggest publisher out there. Big enough to afford their independance. Even if they were to sell they'd go for Billions.
2. Call of Duty will always make more money as a multiplatform franchise than as an exclusive. Why do you want that anyway? If I had a PS3 I'd MUCH rather play Killzone, Uncharted and Resistance.

Well it is an extremely customizable RPG and the combat focus is primarily on melee.
I like that idea. I just hope the combat is GOOD. I'm seriously over the shite combat to be found in the RPGs of this gen.
Gears of War Tower Defense - SOLD.
I'm actually going nuts at the thought of stratetic defense game in Horde. Thing is Gears is a very slow, static kinda game and I ended up enjoying Halo's Firefight more because it's so fluid. However the tower defense angle would complement Gears of Wars play style very well.
Truthfully, I'm amped.
I was mostly pleased with their conference.
I'm happy about the Halo CE Anniversary and I'll be so greatful if it includes the new map packs for Reach because I can't afford to download them from where I live.
I'm not surprised by how much attention Kinect got but I'm impressed with the fact that all the Kinect content wasn't kiddy stuff. Whether these up and coming 'Core' games for Kinect will be any good remains to be see...
Seriously? I love the armour abilities a hell of a lot more than the deployables.
Deployables were not persistant (like Call of Duty's Perks) and weren't big game deciders (like Unreal Tournament's power ups) and because of that most players in my experience only used them when they remembered or if they were bothered. Most matches I played went with Deployables left untouched.

A lot of you say you are disappointed because you were expecting more.
Truthfully, if you look at Sony's history, they announce all their cool stuff throughout the year and there's not a lot they announce at E3 exclusively. Whereas Microsoft and (for the most part, Nintendo) do the exact opposite.
This is why going into E3 this week most users on N4G saw Microsoft as having nothing and Sony as having everything (although Sony does have more).

Other than that if it were PS3 exclusive it's likely CCP would get a lot of support from Sony Online Entertainment.
I can't disagree with that at all. There should be an accessible platform through which indie devs could showcase their goods at E3, but it's not to say that E3 is the only accessible platform.
I'd hope to see some growth in that department in the future of E3, but for now all I can do is applaud you for making the only smart counter argument this poor website has seen in forever :P
Kinect has done a lot for gaming in terms of design and possibilities. It's opened a massive door, but deep inside, I don't see it being exploited but for crap like Fantastic Pets.
Early 2000's my friends and I used to watch WWE on TV, played the games on PS2 and fucked each other up on the school playground.
I enjoyed these games when I was younger for the sheer customization and accessibility and especially the extensive multiplayer.
I've since grown out of it all. Except for clothes-lining my friends for recreational purposes :)
