How has it flopped it apparently represented 70% of all ps5 sales in November and December....
They purchased Minecraft and is flight simulator love service? I guess it is if you count gran turismo as love service...
Take two waited longer to adopt the 70 dollar price point so I doubt they will.
Go look at the VG charts article about November sales.... This article has aged like rotting fish lol
What are you on about astrobot had a small budget and sold like 2 million in its first week or so, making back more than it's Dev budget immediately....
Indy will have had a much bigger budget and we have seen from insomniac leaks the kind of contracts Disney makes to license their property it's why no one wants to touch star wars unless they are certain the game will sell really really well. Because Disney take a large cut and have restrictions on numbers of sales...
It won't, you subscribe play the game then unsubscribe lol played a 70 dollar game at launch for 15 quid. Bingo.
One of the three is already transitioning towards being essentially a 3rd party publisher. Microsoft seem likely to potentially even just start releasing essentially custom PC's and maybe even letting other hardware makers release custom hardware pc's with a gaming custom version of windows..... As it is the Xbox OS is basically a custom version of windows 8.
Players choice thanks no doubt to thousands of Chinese bots. It deserved best action game but that was about it. BMW was a decent game but it has an incredible amount of Jank. The idea he wrote GOTY awards speech 3 years ago is ridiculous and just for that they didn't deserve to win.
How were dev costs as low as 70million dollars??? Currency conversion rates working in their favour? Or slave labour...?
I expect that to happen next gen. If rumours are correct a handheld playstation is coming and will take the fight to steam deck. It's a relatively easy battle to win imo. I love my steam deck but a handheld ps with full access to my ps library, certified support for every game unlike on steam where it's touch and go and sometimes you have Todo shit in the systems files and settings to get games to run it could easily give steam deck a run for its money.
8 women reported him and spoke to journalists. Bungie and Sony it seems investigated and found clear evidence and fired him without any engagement because the evidence must have been damming.
I don't get why he goes on about how some others may or may not have behaved. Their bad behaviour doesn't make your bad behaviour more acceptable. I noticed he doesn't say if they were fired too. I'm guessing most likely they were given the numbers laid off.
Reckon it was removed for black Friday lol
Anime isn't considered it's own industry. Regulators already ruled awhile ago now that anime was merely a genre within the wider movie/TV series industry.
Except the FTC etc already ruled that anime isn't an industry in its own right. It's a sub genre of a much larger entertainment industry.
Valve said they wanted generational difference. It isn't coming till 2026/2027 at the earliest.
Yeah, you are right the article author is still right though but for a different reason. If it's still years out - which to me implies 2027 at the earliest it's gonna release at around the same time as Sony are set Todo the exact same thing. A ps6 and a ps6 handheld will wipe the floor with MS yet again.
Rumours are this is exactly what Sony are working on, with AMD as we speak. If they are both set to launch around the same time (late 2027 or 2028) then Microsoft are fucked tbh
This article gets it all wrong. The other pc handhelds aren't what Microsoft should fear. Being an Xbox it would have certification meaning it would require Devs to ensure games actually run at set settings giving everyone the same experience and ensuring games run on it. Even with the steam deck it's really touch and go what is gonna work or not work. Having games pass is a big plus.
However there are rumours that don't are working on two SoC's and have be...
Actually it does. Because the other handhelds are so hands off with developers. Optimisation for them is really touchy and go. Some games have settings designed to support them but most don't. It means you often have to have workarounds to get games to work and it's a pain in the arse. An Xbox handheld console would presumeably as with a normal Xbox have certification etc and ensure games are optimised leading to a reasonable expectation of performance for playability by consumers.
The ps6 is coming end of 2027.
