Not really it's a perfectly valid point right Nintendo don't compete with the others and don't even try to because if they did they'd probably be bankrupt. As a result alot of 3rd party devs don't even release their games on their platform partly becauss of hardware limitations. Thing is there is room for a company like Nintendo doing its own thing but there likely isn't room for two. If MS force Sony into the space Nintendo currently occupies and they compete with t...

It is. Microsoft is clearly using same tactics it used against netsoft in 90's and many other companies. Giving stuff away for free or dirt cheap and eating the losses in order to acquire market share from which they can dominate and bleed a competitor out

They tried this abd they didn't sell and lost money on them and in sony's eyes lowered their brands pedigree by getting lower review scores.

That is the perfect example. Their tactic there of market share above all else abd cutting off revenue to netscaoe by giving away Internet explorer free or at almost no cost - are the exact tactics they are using with gamespass. It isn't even subtle.

I mean its down to the developer if they have an inspiration and it ties into their story and ultimately fits within the world they envisaged then it really shouldn't matter too much if its diverse (in terms of race/skin colour of characters or not).

My favourite was the TV show that made Anne boleyn (one of King Henry 8th's wives) a black woman (in their own words to make a 'statement') and then made a point if making it centre of marketing etc. Shame really because as you may suspect people assumed the show was historically inaccurate nonsense claiming to be historical and as I understand it didn't watch it and it bombed but I heard it was actually a good show otherwise.

It is a non issue. There are plenty of games with loads of diversity regardless of their setting. Not every game has to be this incredibly diverse mixing pot of races and cultures and views. It should depend solely on the story and artistic vision. If someone has an issue with a game that isn't that diverse- don't buy it. It really is that simple.

It might be dangerous to the industry but this article is appallingly written. Its like a 5 year old wrote it. Also the ps3 with a year less on sale slightly outsodl the 360 (which had a failure rate of 30% initially meaning alot of people had to buy new ones mid gen) so how ps3 lost that generation I don't know. Perhaps maybe if you measure the money it made in profit vs the money xbox made in profit from the 360 and it's games .

After that it gets abit garbled in ...

Marty, the guy mick repeatedly mentioned in his post wrote the reddit post. Thing is unlike marty mick provides loads of actual hard evidence in the form of emails and written communications etc that prove his side and he has only included stuff relevant to rebuking the accusations marty made against him. Reportedly he has PLENTY more which I suspect will come out in court as that's only way their can go.

I mean I've finished it, my brother has too, at least 4 people I know have finished it and several of his friends have finished it. Alot if people have managed to find the time to finish the game. None of us had the game before it's launch date. So article is pretty silly.

You don't play Russian roulette every time you press block (unless you aren't very good at the game) and you can use your abilities just have to beware they won't always stagger boss enemies in particular and thus time using them carefully.

Erm that section that took you an hour took me just over 30 mins. It's meant to be introducing you to the game again etc. And baldur's first boss battle was particularly good. I actually in many ways prefer the thor battle though. Certainly the cutscene that preceded it building the tension was brilliant.

I mean they have the damage threat indicator at side of the screen and that generally is enough for me to cope. Plus hold block and press down on control pad and you instantly face the other direction.

The eu as a bloc can be more easily influenced because on matters such as this and on trade etc the governments have handed all the power over to a multinational organisation that has no real oversight by an elected official. MEP's have literally no influence over who is and isn't employed by the commission. Its the opposite way round to the way almost every democracy in history has had it's state function with elected officials incharge of each section of government that has unel...

Don't be a fool. Its the opposite way round lol
If the 28 nations individually had input into such matters you might have a point but theh don't that was literally the whole problem. (I mean nothing eould get done either). Instead you have an organisation that has powers like a government but isn't a government. The commission isn't elected and its employees cannot be removed by elected MEP's. You and I would have literally 0 way of experssing disagreements on ho...

There's no legal case there. You'd have to prove he had any involvement or influence which would be basically impossible. Plus remember the eu couets do as the commission wants- almost always.
