The picture quality of the compressed image is poor by default. Look at the PSU watermark it's blurry on the edges as well. The image is not at its true resolution and has been severely compressed.
PS3 console comes default with 1 charger USB cable. Meaning, the battery will never deplete if you keep it plugged in (default accessory with the console so it's a default feature). Playstation 3's controller thus has the longer battery life since it's constantly charging.
Indeed, both are welcomed in my PS3 library.
The article clearly states "North America", last time I checked that included Mexico, the United States of America, and Canada.

I hope they've engineered their engine to work efficiently on whichever console they've ported it to. I'd hate to see a dumbed down version of an angine due to one console or the other. The engine should take advantage of each platform's strengths.
The thing is, I'm pretty sure the units this article is talking about are new units that were part of the defective batch (pre-falcon). And Microsoft does not want to take them back unless they do die. The warranty only applies once the item is purchased, so Microsoft wants the revenue from the sales before paying for repair.
I don't think it's fishy. This whole thing about EB Games Australia having troubles with Microsoft's customer services/technical services has been going on for quite awhile now. If they hadn't resolved it, then I guess time jsut caught up to them and they can't take it anymore.
That upgrade only comes into play if your model is discontinued. As far as the "terms" of the agreement go.
Well, Microsoft is at fault here. If these units are indeed defective then it is up to them (MS) to take the hit cost-wise due to their engineering hickup. Totally understandable stance from EB Games/Gamestop.

You make absolutely no sense. This game was initially a Playstation 3 exclusive, so you can't really talk about delays since the only delays that would've existed if Microsoft hadn't paid them off were Playstation 3 release delays. You're lucky to even be getting this game.

At the introduction price and at the price that the Playstation 3 SKUs were at for quite a time, it did VERY well and beyond anyone's expectations I'm sure. Outselling XBOX 360 during the year the "blockbusters" came out isn't an easy task, especially at upwards of $500 for the early bit of 2007.
