He forgot to add... "for a fee".
I can't even message people on my contact list without a gold membership, what's up with that?
Like Pacman? :P
Why add costs to support an obsolete format?
Pretty funny how Microsoft responded to this article.
1 out of 10 people? Not likely in 4 years. Maybe 7 or so.
Sure but the CORE functionality is free. And as for "next-gen" gaming, ONLINE MULTIPLAYER GAMING should be free, why charge for a gaming feature when it should be included in the price of the software? It's idiotic charging for a P2P gaming service, it's ridiculous.
HOME will be free, but whoever wants to "pimp" out their HOMEs will have to pay for ADDITIONAL CONTENT, some content is free and all the core content is free (cross game invites, playing online, vo...

Thing is, XBOX 360 does not have an in-game dashboard... FAR FROM... All it has is one blade with limited access to features seen on the dashboard.
Now from what people have been asking about "in-game XMB" you'd think from Sony's responses that they are doing just that -IN GAME XMB- not in-game music/messaging menu. Why are they taking so long? Maybe they're trying to implement as many features as the main XMB has and make them available in-game... Whi...

Free services... a rarity in today's society, but ALWAYS welcomed and a great gift to clients of these free services.
Wrong. There are 2 Killzone 2 reference images in the article, the second one (they claim is fake) is REAL.
Uhhhh. The Killzone 2 screenshot IS REAL. It's taken from the trailer at E3.
Too bad it has an obsolete optical disk drive in there. The price could've been way more appealing cutting the cost of that drive off..
Exclusively in November to XBOX 360...
Then...
A few months later....
ALSO ON GAMES FOR WINDOWS!
WORLDWIDE RELEASE... SAME DATE!
Even though he pointed out that the article had been written before HD-DVD was dead, it's still pretty funny he even suggest standard HD-DVD.
360 won for Assassin's Creed anyway.
lol, the author of that article is another digital downloads fool. Good luck with that. Good luck downloading FULL 1080p/7.1 90 minute long movies and being able to store them properly.
No kidding, you guys don't don't cherish the platform as much as they do.
This adds a whole new dimension to gaming.
Duplicate, I'm sure I've seen this story before.
