The last of us is still one of the greatest games ever made regardless of platform so hardly a major criticism.
Also, with an incredible game like uncharted 4 on PS4 this seems like a strange thing to say there aren't truly great game on PS4...
Knack and The Order have no business being on that list. Both are quality polished games with high production values. They may not be classics, but they are very underrated.
They may not to be the authors taste but calling them 'terrible' is ridiculous.
Updated Vita please. Triggers, 1080p display, 5gz wifi and updated CPU.
Hype killed this game dead. If they had released it in a quiet understated way and priced at half its original value I suspect it would now be hailed as cult indie classic
As for Shahid, why am I not surprised to see him supporting someone for over hyping and over promising things that would never be delivered. This has shahids entire Vita strategy
If steam offered universal achievements to all titles I'd return to PC from PS4. Games without them feel unfinished to me.
I totally appreciate that my views on this put me firmly in the minority but that's just how it feels to me.
I'm hoping developers will follow the infamous example. 4K support at standard frame rate or same visuals at 1080p with an enhanced frame rate.
I have a huge backlog physical and digital. I just can't help buying more even though I'll never have the time for them all. I just enjoy buying them. Like having them all lined up on my shelf.
Controversial I know but it may be my favourite console ever. Certainly my favourite handheld ever at any rate.
The Vita really doesn't need 1080p checkerboarding or 60fps whatsoever.
What it needs is an updated processor, triggers, R3, R4 and quality AAA support.
I game primarily to relax and for the escapism of it. I love the feeling of being immersed in and transported to other worlds as a escape from the day to day grind on life.
The problem with online games is that I find nothing relaxing about competitive multiplayer games full of intense twitchy battles and I find it impossible to feel immersed in a game world when I can hear other gamers talking and hurling insults. Even when other gamers voices are muted the majority of o...
DLC along with gigantic day one patches needed for physical games are 2 of my biggest bugbears with modern gaming.
when I buy a game, I want the whole game in it's entirely on the disk I just bought without paywalled content I can't access without reaching for my wallet again or having to download several gigs of patches.
I am a PlayStation player through and through but I have to acknowledge that GWG is now much better than PS Plus.
BC is a fantastic feature, beats the hell out of PS Now.
Love dead island...hate mobile games.
I'm a 1080p tv owner that upgraded to the pro. So far the advantages aren't revolutionary to be fair. A slight improvement on graphics on a small number of patched games otherwise the exact same thing.
I'm really hoping that in time we will see more improvements for 1080p owners.
Clearer sharper and the screen tearing has been fixed on PS4.
Screen tearing plagued the original and drives me mad for some reason.
Funny reading the above comments as I've always considered Uncharted to be a cross between Tomb Raider and Indiana Jones.
Excellent studio. Excellent prospect
Another interpretation is that this study proves gamers lie about having sex more than other groups..
My problem is I could afford the pro...but can't afford the 4K TV as well
I think it's unreasonable to expect much more in the way of improvements for a remaster of such an old game. If you want to really judge the value of the pro then you have to rate it on games built from the ground up for with it in mind. For example, Watchdogs 2 gives you a much better indication of what the pro upgrade buys you.
