Yes, boycott all their new IP's so when the higher ups start to look at the sales charts and see new IP's like Blur (which reviewed well) sold horribly and Call of Duty Black Ops sells 20 million units...well, you know.
Ruffian was founded in January of 2009, how could they have worked on a game for three years when they've only been around for just over 1 year?
The last generation Double Agent that was made by Ubisoft Montreal (Xbox, PS2, Wii) was actually pretty good. The 360, PS3, PC Double Agent was alright and had its moments and I haven't played Conviction yet.
Talk about misleading, the headline makes it seem like a studio was scammed with fakes or something.
Shadowrun still has a good online community even though people try to claim otherwise although I doubt they've even played the game in recent years. I still play it from time to time, the competitive and tactical nature of the game provides for a good break from other shooters.
Sucks no DLC was released for it though and that the map editor was canned, even worse was the closure of FASA. :(
A few users were trying to set up dedicated server "farm...
When were sales numbers released for Alan Wake?
3D has been around for a long time, 3D gaming as well. I think the most recent 3D game released was the PC, PS3, and 360 versions of James Cameron's Avatar.
On topic: I'm a fan of Mortal Kombat and technology, win win! I've heard some great things about MK in 3D from a few people, stuff like this will only help in increasing 3D adoption for gamers.
It doesn't matter how small the file size is, in the end it's down to how the engine handles assets.
A larger install size does not equal a better game, Just Cause 2 is one of the, if not the largest console games ever made and its install size is only 4.1GB as stated above.
N4G isn't the best place to measure PC gamers since many users here are mostly console gamers.
Just finished playing some of Darksiders right now, it's a very good game so far. It should really sell better than it has in my opinion so hopefully the PC community can band together and buy at least 500,000 copies to make it to 2 million.
It's good to see THQ hasn't abandoned PC gamers though, even if the games do come out a few months later. ...
Stop hating, both MAG and Frontlines: Fuel of War are great multiplayer experiences!
Title is a bit misleading considering the product was never released to consumers! It's good they canceled it as a prototype, not all companies are willing to do that and will just release their products with the defects (Pinto).
I wonder if other 3D tech has the "lazy eye" issue.
In the US you can't buy or pay for reviews anymore and not have it be disclosed to the public, the FTC will investigate such complaints.

Also, Microsoft doesn't have a parent company.
I'm sure if these do well we will see an MDK3, there is no point in making a sequel if you have no idea how a game could do which is why I assume these are releasing now.
Given Beamdog's history of being made up of ex BioWare/ MDK2 team members I think there is a good chance that we could see something by Planet Moon for the first title if it ever happened.
Weird that they would go directly to MDK2 though and not do the first game but I'm sure they had their reasons, hopefully they get to it later.
Likewise, would have hoped for XBLA/PSN myself but hopefully these do well enough to warrant that.
I'm a day one for the PC update though!
Wait, I think the first game was also using Unreal 3.
Or optimize their engine further which they already have begun doing with the DLC releases apparently.
High Moon Studios has always made some pretty fun games despite being thrown around so much by publishers, good to see Transformers is getting some great reviews as well. Coupled with the fact that it's faithful to the source material and not so much the movies makes this a definite buy for me.
Great to see all this DLC being released, Just Cause 2 is an incredibly fun game to play. Sucks the game didn't break 1 million yet (although it was dang close as of April according to Square Enix) but I'm hoping it did well enough for Avalanche to warrant further games.
Most of the Ruffian Team is actually from Real Time Worlds, Microsoft approached RTW for Crackdown 2 but they declined in favor of APB, the Crackdown dev team at Real Time left the studio and formed Ruffian Games.
