Do not pay for it if you don't think it's worth it. That's the way an economy works. Whining and complaining has it's place in letting businesses know the price is too high... but for god's sake, don't take it personally...
Xbox breaks. Microsoft fixes it. FOR FREE.
Seriously. How ungrateful do you have to be to reject a FREE repair on principle?
Now, if Microsoft STOPS fixing my 360 for free, I'll be livid.
And sure... you can say Microsoft "threw away" $1 billion on a warranty... or you can guess how much Microsoft would lose on a class-action suit. Potentially much more. Either way, MS took measures to deal with the current problem, but I still don't think...
If you don't like it, don't buy it.
And quit yer whining.
I've been great with Vista... up until recently when I installed a printer. An HP all-in-one. Now it takes a while to boot, to open simple explorers... it's not cool.
I hope W7 delivers.
I love my Halo, but I think the Halo DVD game went too far. Read some reviews of it. It's completely luck and no strategy.
I'm ok with Halo Wars and Halo Risk. But for heaven's sake... slapping Halo on something does not make a good game. I don't like the Halo name if it isn't accompanied by an appropriately engaging game.
...Fans of the truth, please help... I got murdered by PSN defenders for speaking the truth. I need some bubbles.
Not gonna happen. Sony has to fit the Cell, the RSX, and a Blu-ray drive in the system... and they won't do that with $250. Making it slim doesn't decrease their technology costs. If anything, it INCREASES it.
The only way they could skirt the Blu-ray issue and cut cost is by convincing their publishers to release digital. Most third-parties won't follow suit, Gamestop would declare war on Sony products, and Microsoft would reap the rewards of a faithful third-party for the r...
Enough talk Sony. Make it happen or shut up.
And yes, you can send your fanboys after me to destroy my bubbles since the truth seems to bother you...
You can also kiss my ass.
Don't know why everyone likes Warhawk. It wasn't any fun for me.
But Crash Commando... my go-to action shooter on PSN.
If you want must-have PSN downloads, exclusive or not, download BF1943.
You mean buy a new PS3 and return it with the old PS3 in the box?
Now it's "If you get caught cheating, you go to jail."
Glad to see SOMEONE understood what I was saying...
@Everyone else: I never said this didn't exist on XBL. I'm just saying, there's a reason everyone cites the PS3 version when they talk about hacking COD4. It's SOOOO easy to transfer an unauthorized file on the PS3. You just need a USB stick. On the 360, you need special hardware.
See, Sony has no incentive to help improve the situation. I pay Microsoft on a yearly basis, and if they don't keep it clean, I sto...
I wonder if it's possible to get a multi-disk game installed to the hard drive on 360 and have it merely verify off the first disk. Of course, the amount of space needed to install a 4 disk game would break those with a 20 gig.
Honestly, if you have a 20 gig, it's time to upgrade. You don't have to pay the exorbitant price Microsoft asks. There is always ebay. I have a 60 gig just sitting in my closet because, long story short, I got it out of my warranty replacement with bes...
It might be MSN Yahoo.
You know, Microsoft has every right to use their money however they want to... but if they don't build the competencies to compete with Google, they will end up getting a temporary boost and then stalling again.
Again, Microsoft...their money... their loss.
Like I said, there are a few differences, but nothing drastic. It's nowhere near the jump from NG to NGSigma.
I see "differences", but nothing so drastic as to call it "better". For me, cutting out the excessive blood in a NG game is tantamount to revising classic films so everyone's skin is purple. I'm sure it doesn't make it unplayable, but it's takes away something that was part of what made the game initially unique.
I say, availability trumps quality on Netflix. But if I can get 1080p instant on, I'll be very happy. Not so sure it will work perfectly, but the instant-on is the key feature for me... not the resolution.
Honestly, I think most normal people... excluding pixel-counting AV nerds... are more happy with availability than resolution.
Funny how a browser on PS3 and Wii is completely useless to me. Secure in that knowledge, I can let Microsoft spend their time and money on more useful features and continue earning that $50 a year I pay them.
Are you saying that something that's good can't get better? As gamers, we should be used to the bar for "perfect" getting raised...
This is a bad idea. Watch these guys get drug into court...
"you are actually the first person I have EVER heard say they did not like the playstation's controller."
I find that hard to believe, unless fighting games are the only genre you acknowledge.
