Given that in the space of, what, 1 week, we have GTA 5 "next gen", Far Cry 4, Dragon Age and this coming out, I wouldn't be surprised if Ubisoft ARE in fact pushing the reviews out quickly so people don't realize how close their Far Cry game is as well.

PS+ has been a bit of a joke the past 12 months.

The game is clearly 100% designed with expansions in mind. The DLC is already done and in the game for god sake, which is why it's taken like a decade in the making.
