3rd parties don t make games for the Wii U because they do not believe they will make money. The 3rd parties who have made games for the Wii U to date have lost money.

I just clicked on your link- it has the Mario bundle and holiday bundle in stock online- they must have resupplied
It said the "holiday Bundle for $324 is "out of stock online", available in stores
but it was not a Mario bundle- It was a somewhat odd bundle were you could choose a game and an accessory (or game) but if you choose the Wi mote it adds $20 to the price
The games you could choose from are mostly from the early releases at launch- not Mario or Luigi though-

Considering there has been overstock of Wii U s since January last year, I hate to see the console miss 1 sale due to being sold out as good as it sounds-
although it looks like they may have re upped supply quickly as it does not appear to be sold out now at WMT online unless I am looking at it wrong

good article and very good points- the big question is weather Nintendo would consider funding any of them or not-Nintendo has tons of cash but they seem very reluctant to invest or spend it in all but a few areas
