I bought a Wii u at launch and have been very frustrated w how Nintendo has treated the console and those of us that own it. They have acted as if they could care less about either.

We know Mario Kart 8, Probably Smash Bros, Prob Hyrule Warriors- that is all I have heard Nintenod say is slated for 2014- there are a few others they have implied may come ot but I have not heard any confirmation or release time frames

It is obvious Nintendo does not want to do what it takes t garner adequate 3rd party support and would just as soon be a 1st party machine- if they could produce enough software they could accomplish that The question remains, could they produce that much support - enough to both launch a system and maintain it? It is hard to believe they are just now figuring this out and/or just now creating an action plan for it.
They released the 3DS w out software support- they released the Wii U in an incomplete state and w out software support- losing 3rd party support should not have been a surprise either-
The only reason the Wii U had a good launch its first month+/- was due to Nintendo hyping games for the launch window they knew would not arrive and hyping 3rd party...
Nintendo has not said all of those games are set for 2014 - matter of fact they have only confirmed about 3 of them ( not including e shop games) for 2014 - maybe some of those other games will make it in 2014 maybe all of them or maybe none of them - this time last year most people were expecting several of these games to be released in 2013 - Nintendo had that big January direct to get everyone fired up - they just did not include the part that those games would be 2014 or 2015 ( we hop...
