"comedy game written by postmodernists who are offended by actual comedy'
Sounds like what South Park was mocking with Jimmy in post COVID specials.
What I'm wondering is why this doesn't apply to others like Apple, Google, or Steam?
"Sony dominates the digital distribution of PlayStation games and in-game content"
Does not MS dominate the digital distribution of Xbox games and in-game content? Blah blah, same for the others.
Looking for more info but they only throw this comment in and give no explanation as to what that, regime? even is and why it isn't being used against the...
Who cares who approved it first. It video game related news.
PS5, not Sony. Most of those are playable on PS4.
How many of those are PS5 exclusive again?
Most of those are not PS5 exclusive.
Nothing wrong with wanting/getting 3-10 hour games, but they are not the future.
How can an indie be a AA game?
30? 30 years? I don't think I've even heard of them.
So that gives them the pass to lie constantly, shit on their own customer base and everything is forgiven? And it isn't just FO76. It's just most recent and worst example.
"Starfield has a meaty single player campaign with new things to do"
And how do you know it's going to be good? You don't know. All we can do is go off what they're telling us and they've proven they can't be trusted.

15 minutes is nothing.
35 hours without side quests, way more dialogue, improved graphics, deep skill trees, improved base building, new ship building, new space combat, and tons of planets is not an indication as to how good the game will be. Bethesda lied constantly about Fallout 76. Why would you just ignore that now?

Being excited is one thing. Blindly claiming the game will be great when there's still little to go off of for a game that isn't out until next year and ignoring how shitty Bethesda has been for a while (more about how they've acted more than the games themselves) is just baffling.
Or maybe don't blindly believe a game is going to great without having actually played it.
Technically it can be done, but in the current state of things, no other publisher is going to throw as much resources towards it as Activision. I think that's the angle Sony is looking at it from.
@LIonsguard
Surprise back to the future reference.
It's more about the video. DF Retro videos are for Patreon members first, and I think the whole thing was one big video. For the youtube channel, it gets chopped up and released weekly.
@darthv72
Sure, if you know where to find what you're looking for the first time in order to pin it, but if you don't know where it is the first time, you're not going to have a pin for it.
I usually dislike it when interfaces get updated, but yeah, it could be better. Half the time I don't know where to find something and wind up having to google it to find out where to go.
Mostly done with it already. Not going to bother with the clean lap on each race that unlocks at the end.
They clearly spent a lot of time on the level design. It's kind of a shame you rarely get to see the bigger picture of it and how cool it looks until you use a drone and look around a bit. There was a couple of races that went off the tracks and through the ground level areas. I wish there was some more of that, so more of those areas could be appreciated and ut...
They built their popularity on setting themselves apart from the rest with their wackiness. They don't need to top it. Giving up what makes it stand out is just a recipe for disaster.
