I dont know why you would "hold off" or "wait" for the game. You do realize that they can fix this in an auto-update. If you really want the game, and can get it... get it.
They'll fix it via an auto-update, and nobody will complain any more.
I dont see why they just dont offer these options to the user. It's kind of sad that you have to deal with a static console with no options, when people have been doing visual mods to their PCs for years.
If the failure rate of the Xbox wasnt so high, I'd do cool mods to my console as well. By the guys comments, his mods mad the thing run better too...

The key to success is how well you market your product in today's society. Think of it like a car salesman. They'll say anything, and make almost any deal that will get the company the most money, and him the biggest commission price.
He's marketing the car, and BS'ing with you, and keeping you in his gripes by not letting you get a word in, so you're there longer, and he makes you feel guilty for leaving without buying the car.

I like the new format of E3... it's more business and getting down to the point, while at the same time, showing your investors, and chairpersons what you're up to, and how well you fiscal predictions panned out in the past year, as well as your predictions for the next fiscal year.
Also, journalists got a little taste of things to whet their whistles, and satisfy them for now.

this is huge... i love it. i cant wait for this game to come out. my girlfriend will love it to, as she loves oblivion (which is still my favorite game on the 360- all time)
That was a pretty sweet trailer, and just got me re-interested in this game... due to lack of any new information.
I cant wait to "unleash the force" on my enemies by mixing acrobatics, force powers and lightsaber mastery on them. Definitely, definitely a must buy for me, and am really wanting this game badly!!
I think they're saying that to get people talking and to "freak" them out that there's not going to be online co-op out of the box.
Anyone remember how pissed everyone was that there was no online co-op in Halo 2, and then Bungie saying we tried, but were restricted on time.
Well, they've had H3 in development since before Halo 2 was releases... I think that's enough time... but again, I think they're just trying to generate some talk and get the hype...
Mauler - a dual wieldable shotgun, now that is just freaking sweet (even if its power has been reduced).
Prowler - just the Brute version of the Halo 2 Sceptre, nothing really special (like the Brute Chopper).
Flare - now this adds a new element to online play and gives Halo a more tactical aspect. It would be nice if that was available to every offensive player in an objective-based gametype.

yup... sandtrap it is. it is one bright map, despite the vid. all that sand and sun.
