that's because the general consensus online and on many forums is that those particular weapons are "noobish."
in my opinion, every weapon has it's place, and just b/c you get killed by it doesn't make it "noobish," people just want to b1tch!

honestly... why make a big deal out of this. so what if he's not entirely sure what the game does. just because he's rich and powerful doesn't mean the media have to report on every little thing the guy does.
people make mistakes all the time. his mistakes get magnified because of his status! yeah, viva is great, and i'm sure his sales figures reflect this- that doesn't mean he has to know the ins and outs of every single game
Yeah... I didnt like the game much. I thought the cell shader graphics were under par, and the gameplay wasnt that fluid.
I'm not really a fan of these games, so I had a bias going into it, but I though Saints Row was better than this. Control schema was totally off.

they still should release stuff, so people dont forget about it, and you're right, so it does sell consoles.
selling point: buy a 360 this christmas, and get the new hit tps, gow, and next year get the long awaited halo 3.

I really dont see what all the fuss is about gamerscore. Sure, it's a cool system and all, but really it breeds cheaters and people who think that they're better than somebody because they have a higher score than somebody- symbolizing they play games "for a living."
I like getting achievements, especially hard ones, but it's not something I stress about or go out of my to get (unless it's that really hard one)!
Although, I dont agree with a lot of the stuff he says (i read this site alot), his statement has some merit to it.
HDMI is not the standard way to do things, things still work fine the way they are. HDMI really only does matter to the massive 4K + TV sets that have the need for it.

DJ has a point though... the most Sony can really do is mimic the XBL service. They're not a software company, they dont know online well- hence the reason PS2 had no support.
Microsoft set the bar, and now other consoles will just copy and TRY to build off XBL (while MS is doing the same to XBL)
isnt the point of a demo to try the game out and see if you really like it?
i know that developing a demo is a totally different aspect, and may take time away from actual game development, but jeez.
i really dont want to play a demo "after" the games' release... i want to try it out 1st and then make my decision... again, isnt that the point?

I'd almost rather them do either of those. If anything, redo Battlefront 2 for use with the 360, and add in some kick-a!! graphics, some new maps, and i'd be happy!
