Well, going close to the speed of light causes time to slow down... So, start running really really fast.
May the force be with you.
Portal isn't a shooter.
Most shooters nowadays are just fancy particle effects. Gameplay innovation is as stale as ... some thing stale... well, it's as stale as my creativity.
...I now* feel an urge...
I have no clue how mistakes like that creep into my typing. =/
Ahh, I see. I misjudged you as someone who just hopped aboard the BadCompany train.
My apologies for that. I behaved more arrogantly than I should have.
Ah well, guess we can both look forward to BF3, while having Vietnam as the appetizer. =)
Although I do prefer a small dose of CoD every now and then. It makes me feel young. =/
... and with that comment, I know feel an urge to buy Homefront.
It's stupid, I know... but that man said something I agree with, and I must give him my money.
I can't explain it. =x
T...im...E...
Timmy? Well, wells have been leaving me strapped for timmy too.
Though, I coulda sworn I saw IGN post a similar article.
You know, before making the GT5 review, that is.
Their games generally try to be funny and usually have lots of pop-culture references. Not much replay value, but they're really enjoyable the first time through.
If you've got a PC, give Same&Max episode 104 a try.
It's a free game on steam. Though I think Sam&Max are/have made their way to the PSN?
... wait a second. You're talking about BadCompany?
BWAHAHAHAHA.
Alright, yea. That's a real game. Realism and all.
Lucky for you, I have a feeling you'll enjoy Battlefield3 when it comes out.
(I'm being serious, the actual Battlefield games blow BadCompany out of the water in terms of everything except destruction... ofcourse, that is merely my opinion)
You know, recent psychological studies have shown that a desire for "realism" in games suggests self-doubt in one's own maturity.
It seems that mature adults actually enjoy 'kiddie' games such as TeamFortress whereas it's actually the younger adolescents that show a greater interest in a push towards realism.
Another study also suggests that people who use made-up science studies in order to back up their own opinions on online gaming forums ...
Telltale game it is.
That's what.
HA! I see what you did there. You were joking.
Can't fool me. I know that everyone in the military runs around with golden guns.
Walking would get you shot. =/
If you have a PC, try giving Penumbra or Amnesia a shot.
They aren't that demanding games, and actually have some horror in them.
They're the only commercial games I've played that have been scary. All the other scary games have been mods for other games. =/
I think you can get a free demo for Amnesia on steam. Check it out.
... someone needs to send me a check for this advertising.
They weren't included because those are the coolest sequels due in 2011.
This list only deals with the hottest ones, get with the program.

... But it's a bigger surprise when you just wake up and there's that one unicorn you always wanted right next to the bed.
You tell someone they'll get a gift, and their mind wanders. Eventually, they'll think of all these things they would like... and then more often than not, the actual gift is just a sweater. =/
Surprises are like a Fightclub. You just shouldn't talk about them.
Yea, but you don't really talk much about the nuke, for years.
"It went boom"
"I know, right?"
The pripyat mission kinda qualifies. It was a bit too scripted though. Shooting that dog made it memorable.
Though, I'm thinking a surprise like what Kojima did with MGS2 by pulling Raiden out from the blue. I can still have discussions with people about being bummed when that happened. =/
Best way to ruin a surprise: Tell everyone there is a surprise.
It's because of the timezone difference.
=x
Although is it the added weight of the car that caused it to slow down or did the AI just decide to slow down?
It's interesting to read Kotaku's comments and compare them to N4G's...
... It's also interesting that Kaz finds something as small like this as 'embarassing'. Gotta salute the standards he sets for himself.
Most other devs would just go 'meh', call it a special easter egg and move on.
2012...
... They're re-hearsing for next year.
Make list now --> get people to complain and tell you better games --> use those games in lists next year for massive success
How much of that is from the PC preorders? *shakes angry first at EA*
