Microsoft paid for that exclusive DLC, which is why the PS3 didn't get it.
The worst are when the stuff is including on the disc to begin with and then you’re charged for it (most recently, the SF4 alternate costumes).
A few companies get it right (Bethesda post horse armor, Harmonix), while others are getting it terribly wrong (overpriced map packs, other BS).
And putting someone in a real naked choke is always better than throwing them through a table :)
Yeah the amount of fighters in this game is amazing. Even with just Liddell and Shogun in the demo, each one really has a different feel, just like their real life fighting styles.
I’ve been playing the demo a ton since yesterday. This could be by favorite “real” fighting game (meaning a replication of a real life event). It’ll be a very tough pick for fighting game of the year for 2009.
The game looks good, but I don't think it's going to be at the same level as the first BioShock.
He did a pretty good job making it work. I can attest to it improving his skills quite a bit after the mod.
This could work really well for other fighting games and classic arcade titles as well. Pretty cool.
Thanks! Check out the other Why We Game articles at Loot Ninja. It's a weekly series dedicated to the discussion of various reasons we all have for playing video games.

Really not sure how to respond to that one...
Mario always got the girl, Yoshi hung out with Toad.
I'm pretty sure the rights would go back to Bethesda, who would most likely develop/publish the game themselves.
Even though Interplay teamed up with Masthead, I think this was inevitable. Pulling together the amount of cash they needed in such a short time was just too much to do.
The nostalgia factor will only get you so far. Wish they made it a more solid game.
Maybe some day we'll get a game as good as No Mercy or WCW/NWO Revenge back from the N64 days.
Definitely one of the best golf games on the iPhone.
Oh yeah, and it now supports WPA and WPA2 encryption for wireless (doesn't work on older DS titles, though).
The new camera angles and use of the Havok physics engine, coupled with the solid graphics and gameplay tweaks make me very excited for this one to drop in the Fall.
The best parts for me about the DSi are the ways they've streamlined the OS. Being able to get back to the home menu by pressing Power and changing brightness with Select+Volume are huge for everyday usage.
I think the graphics are very good, as do many people posting comments on screenshots and videos for the game. What about it do you think isn't very good?
