I'm like you, just started the game recently. I waited because I knew I'd get engrossed quickly and there was too much going on the end of 2008 to really get into the game.
Getting babies off ebay. Nice.
Haha. Yeah, I'm not buying anything off eBay from China anymore.
Yeah that didn't work out too well.
Yeah I think they need to get that level cap moving up sooner than March. Maybe they can work it into the next DLC instead of Broken Steel. Same thing with the end-game cap.
The gameplay is pretty solid, but I have a feeling this will just get lumped in to the pile of mediocre shooters while people continue to play the big name titles of 2008/2009.
Good points. Blu-Ray is going to be around for a while. If you look at Blu-Ray vs. DVD at the same points in their life cycle, Blu-Ray is actually ahead of DVD in terms of adoption rate. Cost needs to come down soon, though.
I think digital distribution is going to the be the method of choice in the next round of consoles. Microsoft is heavily pushing it and hard drive prices are coming down exponentially. There are issues though, mainly in broadband uptake (it’s not very high in...
At least they're being proactive and pulled the game instead of having a ton of people buy it and get pissed at major bugs.
I enjoyed this game a lot when I had my iPhone. Now that I sold it, I need to pick up an iPod Touch soon.
Yeah, I miss the days of God Mode and Cheat Codes you’d scamper to find in magazines and online. Developers focus too much on the online multiplayer component with these constantly connected consoles (say that 10 times fast).
A little harsh, don't ya think?
It seems most people hadn't even tried to find this information to begin with
Glad you found all this extra info on the matter. It's really just a highly disturbed individual that needs some help.
Uno by yourself is ok, but multiplayer is the bread and butter. Sucks it doesn't work very well.
I don't think a 3D TV will be necessary. Any TV now is capable of displaying a 3D coded image, it's just a matter of having 3D glasses to interpolate that image to your eyes/brain.
As long as I don't have to wear some huge helmet, I think 3D gaming is going to be cool.
If they can't find a buyer, it's certainly a possibility.
Not really. They were priced competitively with Best Buy. Problem is, no one went to Circuit City much after Best Buy became so popular. With so many people moving to online for electronics purchases, there really wasn't room for multiple big box stores like this here in the US. That's my 2 cents.
I think this was an inevitable after all that has gone down with Circuit City over the past six months. Although, I will take advantage of the liquidation sales should that happen.
The game had a lot of promise, too bad it doesn't hold up. Getting through both the good and evil campaigns in a total of 4 hours is a joke. I can't believe they made it so short, especially when the multiplayer isn't all that either.
