You're not getting it. Forget power bricks and bulky designs. I'm talking about pure processing power. If Sony releases an 18 GB console, Microsoft will one up it with more RAM. Simple as that. I don't know why you're going on about power bricks and console size. That's clearly not what I was driving at.
Look out, Father! Shut it, boy!
He was definitely annoying in combat.

The difference is that they weren't trying to beat Sony in power at the start of the gen, but later on after all the 720p and 900p vs 1080p silliness, they realized that people 'do' care about power. Not the average gamer, but people in the know.
I think Microsoft is going to make it a point to have more powerful hardware than Sony from here on out. I really do. The Xbox One X was a statement, no matter how late it was, and no matter ...
Agreed. Hardware for Microsoft isn't an issue, but matching Sony's world class studios is. Their first party studios are just so damn good.
Maybe Microsoft can turn things around with games, but even if they do, I don't think they can match Sony here.
If there's one area Microsoft can definitely beat Sony in, it's hardware. Games I'm not too sure about. Probably not. Hardware though? Easily.
Agreed, but honestly, Sony should just keep doing their physical, local thing. Keep PS Now, improve upon it, but don't focus on it too much. Focus on what you do best.
It was a little cute, a little corny, and very much cringe worthy.
I have to agree. I mean, how can you disagree? Sony and its studios are the ones keeping single player alive, and they're doing a damn good job of it.
Sure, there are a handful of third parties and a ton of indie studios contributing, but Sony's delivering the high-budget, techno-wizardry games we want.
Can't wait for the PS5.
I don't even consider that a whopper. We've seen much bigger this gen.
They made a Ratchet game for PS4 not long ago...
That logo, however fake it may be, is on point.
I've always wanted to try Prey. Nice!
It's the developer's game. It's their choice. They've chosen a single difficulty, and nobody can make them add others. Period.
This should have been put to bed long ago, but stupid people are keeping this nonsense on life support.
Looks like a lazy susan.
Stouffer's classic mac and cheese is a once a month deal for me. The way the cheese gets all chewy around the edge. So good.
"NINTENDO news this week includes a big update for Zelda Breath of the Wild fans, which could put the Switch console ahead of Microsoft’s Xbox One even further."
Nintendo is giving Breath of the Wild an update for their fans... and this could put Switch ahead of Xbox further...
Am I hallucinating or is that an actual statement?
Just make some good games. It's that simple really. We already know the hardware's going to be good. Just deliver good games.
