Rumble Pit is Battle Royale? Entirely different. One is a simple FFA concept - first to thirty in an enclosed area. The other is a giant swath of land where you look for weapons and health packs as the play area shrinks.
Looks good. I wonder if you wander too far from the freaker's area, if they reset, as a way of not allowing you to cheese them. It looks intense.
The bull was a cake walk for me. Fire crackers, few hits, dodge, repeat.
You interpreted my words as a slight, or a stealth troll attempt. Your reaction was out of proportion with what I had said. If you knew me, you'd know I don't troll for kicks. That's not my style.
My reaction was genuine. Perhaps I could have added more to my response to make absolutely clear my intentions, but I really shouldn't have to be that precise.
I'm also quite comfortable with my stances, and I will always call things as I see...
That's heavy. Keep the controller safe, and don't use it. The memory of your mother is the gift.
The case for Dragon's Dogma 2 is... Dragons Dogma: Dark Arisen.
Agreed. This power battle is going to be 'very' interesting.
Glad to hear about the SSD for PS5, which also means Microsoft's hand is forced to do the same. I know Sony is going to deliver some knockout games with PS5, and I do hope Microsoft have washed their hands of this paltry generation they've had in terms of games, and are going full throttle this time around.
I'm hopeful but I'm skeptical.
Those Shadows can come back later. For now, I'll rest at the Sculptor's Idle until Bloodborne 2's release, then it's on to the first lamp.
I crave Bloodborne 2. It was what got me into the Souls games, and it's the game I'm most fond of in the Souls-Borne genre.
The perfect nebulousness and macabre oddity that was Bloodborne may never be recreated again, but damn if I don't want them to try. Actually, I'm confident FromSoftware would be successful. They haven't let me down yet.
Final Fantasy II, III, and VII will always be my favorites. Especially VII. I was so blown away when VII was released on PS1. Loved every aspect of the game. What an exciting time.
Of course 'that' isn't a crime in and of itself, but seeing three articles in three days clamoring for the dumbing down and reduction of a game developer's work is infuriating. Calling for an 'easy mode' just shouldn't happen.
Practice, get better, and ultimately persevere. The developer didn't want difficulty options; they want you to meet their challenge.
This is more slippery slope stuff, and really, who does it help - ...
Judging by your comment history, it's clear that objectivity and rational discussion aren't your strong suits. I can see why you're upset.
"Didn't know it was that bad. Glad they fixed it" doesn't warrant the over-the-top response you gave. Period.
Advice is a little odd coming from this man.
"Surely you're old enough"
-sigh-
You didn't like my reaction. It's all about my reaction to the headline. You're not worried about me getting bamboozled by shoddy, click bait style journalism.
You can't educate me - I know all about it. I know how they operate.
They think I slighted their game. Not the case. It's an issue these days, and when I saw "bugs/glitches that have 'plagued' reviewers and gamers with early access copies" I raised my brows a little.
The word "plagued" was was caught my eye specifically. Could be nothing, but it gave me pause, which I think is natural when you consider all the undercooked games these days.
I'm not too worried about that, honestly. I think they'll come around, but if they don't, we'll keep letting them know.
Here's hoping.
I also wouldn't mind a remaster of Bloodborne for PS5. Take the noise out of the image, give it a nice res boost, some 60 fps, and I'll be a happy man. TLoU Remastered style, so I can get the trophies again.
The word "plagued" sets off alarm bells for me, considering all the games that 'are' plagued and riddled with bugs and glitches these days.
I don't know how bad it was, but apparently it was bad enough to warrant a decent size fix.
Didn't know it was that bad. Sure glad they fixed it.
