I didn't know you can download games with PS Now. I tried it years back and it worked just fine. No streaming issues or anything, but I'd prefer to download whenever I can.
Except we have no idea what Microsoft's strategy is going forward. Sony should just keep doing what they're doing; never try anything gimmicky. They should make traditional consoles for the rest of their existence. No need to do anything else, or sense in doing anything else.
The 'critics' are butthurt?
Oh brother; ahahahaha.
Bioshock was true ingenuity. This...yeah.
I'd love an Alan Wake 2. I completed the first game only recently.
Alright.
I do? That's news. Maybe you shouldn't worry about me; there's something to consider. I know my position irritates you, but you don't even have to address me. I think that's hard for you though.
No argument here. They did nail the environment.
I guess what I'm trying to say is that a disagreeable game is salvageable if it has easy trophies. I like the trophy/gamerscore thing. It's addictive for me.
Not to be rude, but what do you care? I like completing games, even though I have a tremendous backlog and will never complete over half the games I buy.
Might as well. Get it done and get the trophies.
Yes, generic can be well executed; I mentioned that yesterday I think, but this just doesn't stimulate me and I don't think it's executed particularly well here, and I find myself getting distracted because I'm not invested in anything. I'm not invested in the gun play, the stealth, the scavenging, or really anything else.
Moment-to-moment boredom for me.
It's really not much like Crackdown 3 except for how extremely formulaic is. It's a checklist game, just like Crackdown, except I can really pride Sony Bend on the environment (that's about all I can pride them on) because everything is beautiful here. Trees, ground textures, mud, rain pools, it's all great, and I think it's about the only redeeming thing in Days Gone.
It's the definition of generic.
"Especially if you stick with it." That line tells you something, and the message isn't good.
It's boring, IMO. There's no excitement, and most things can just be stealth killed and the ones that can't are pretty easy to kill. Triangle stealth kill, triangle stealth kill, search this thing; maxed out (as always) climb down this hatch, get this map. Kill these speakers, punch that generator; ugh. The whole world is a swath of boredom, except for the...
Well said. It's lazy. They gave him the TV biker getup and didn't do anything else. I think he's flat, that's all.
People said Geralt was boring, but I liked him. I liked him a lot. Now HE had a code.
It's more that he's a really bland, lazily created character. I'm not offended by his getup, but the mind-numbing, pedestrian nature of the characters and story.
This is not Sony quality.
I remember everyone thrashing Delsin Rowe of Infamous Second Son, but he had a lot more personality; love him or hate him. If this were a movie I'd say Deacon is a pretty poor actor.
Hell, I felt worse for Delsin being afflicted by supe...
Translation: 'I'm insisting people haven't played the game because they don't favor it the way I'd like them to.' I think about three people accused me of that; all shut down, and all embarrassed.
Do yourself a favor and just enjoy your game. Stop worrying so hard about what reviewers think. You'll find that when you don't worry about such silly, inconsequential nonsense, you'll be a lot happier.
Well, on to good times ...
I could just as easily turn that around on you. That was a lazy, senseless reply; didn't need to be said. I owned the fact that I didn't read the article, but I agreed with the headline.
You're upset over my opinion, not that I didn't read the article.
Very, VERY different approaches to world, combat, and everything else. I personally liked Dying Light a hell of a lot more than this. Everyone else here is just going to tell you it's amazing.
I suggest a more objective venue for more fleshed out opinions. See what people like and dislike, then make a decision. You're going to get one-liner praises here, for the most part.
