News tends to be "new". In fact, its one of its defining attributes. Also, from my experience the 360 is an excellent DVD player, in fact the best ive ever had. The quality is excellent, so i dont know what this guy is smoking. Basing quality on burned discs probably isnt the wisest thing he has ever done.
And people keep complaining that the 360 doesn't have HDMI, apparently that doesn't matter...

If you want to nit pick about every cent, each blu-ray movie will cost you about 5 dollars more then its HD DVD counterpart (probably more from the prices ive seen), therefor buying 100 blu-ray discs will cost $500 more on the PS3, therefor the 360 has it beat by 500 dollars in that area, well worth both Xbox Live and the HD DVD addon.
This is all very nice, 1st gen vs 2nd gen has already been touched on, with the delay its more like a 1.5 gen game. But I feel that this is unfair, 2 mill people who bought gears vs id assume 300k for resistance, its no contest who is going to win the votes. If all resistance owners voted and only 1/6th of Gears owners voted, Gears would still win, its just not fair to measure them this way.

This video looks absolutely amazing, but I played it at best buy and it looked like complete crap. The PS3 was on a lower line Sony LCD, and was complete crap. Their top of the line are much better I hear. There for, I blame the TV, keep it up Motorstorm devs.

Those sound like the words of someone who tried and failed. Did you think it would be easy to make a game? It takes some work, but I believe people can do it. Pac-man is a game, and there arent many games that are better then Geometry Wars in my mind. So the arcade style games have a solid future.
I never heard anything about an XNA server. Whatever Windows game I develop they cant see, and it is streamed to the 360. So I see no roadblock where they can possibly do this.

Lol, Microsoft does have the right to do anything they want, especially if he signed up for XBOX live, which he clearly did. They now own his sole. Read the fine print people, they cover their butts like its their job (which it is). One example, they have the right to charge you for whatever they want, and you cant dispute it.
