Haven't played it in a couple of months. Hopefully the next update fixes any of the remaining problems. I believe it still is a little broken. The proof is my teenage brother whom is a hardcore GeOW fanboy. He stopped playing GeOW 2 for the original a long time ago...
I think you heard wrong (give me the source and I'll believe you). Btw, Left 4 Dead DLC is free, just like on the PC. Every company will try to make a quick buck on DLC if they can. Look no further than....anyone. Name a game in which all the DLC is free. There isn't one (on consoles at least). Burnout Paradise had free DLC for a time but now all the DLC coming out is pay only.
Edit: I am not defending Capcom in the least. They pulled a Gears of War II (releasing "already ma...
Exactly what I was thinking. Looking forward to the Riddick: Dark Athena demo and will compare to the 360 version. Hopefully both versions are just as good. I know the game play will hold up at the very least.
People seem to think the Android will blow past all competing Os's...Wrong. The Palm Pre is just one example. Blackberry is another. The iPhone isn't going anywhere. LG and HTC are showing off more Window Mobile 6.5 phones than not. The author of this article needs to read Engadgetmobile.com as they would learn a lot. The sheer number of phones that were introduced at the recent Mobile World Congress indicates that EVERYONE is trying to jump into the smartphone business. Not more than a coupl...
How about your write him a poem...or a new show for that matter. Didn't know you were the expert of all things, including video game shows. How is it that "balanced view" is taken in a negative light? If there was only one viewpoint, news and opinion would be skewed to the point of being irrelevant. This goes without saying that I liked the show ever. I don't. It doesn't add anything to the discussion that I couldn't find on N4G.
The headline is actually a little bit mo...
You forgot that Helghan666 has at least 3 other accounts. Otherwise, why the disagrees? He isn't new to N4G; he loves it so much that he makes multiple accounts and bubbles up. Look at his name. Just the fact that another great game came out distracts from KZ2's greatness...in his opinion of course. Why else bash a game that got a 9.0?
On topic: Great score. I was hoping RE5 would be great and my intuition proved right. I might hold off in buying it for a month or two. My backlog...
Do you own stock in Sony? I'm assuming no.
You should say: "Another victory for Capcom," or "Another victory for gamers." Royalty fees of $10 per game isn't a "huge" victory for anyone. Japan also will sell the fewest copies of RE5. Whats your point? Its a victory for all parties.
Whoa. Completely different than what I thought it was... Thanks for the heads up. Might have to up my security with a 100 character password now... Sometimes I wish I had a WiFi "hacker" however I worry that people will use it for the wrong reasons.
So let me get this straight...with this WiFi Cracker your able to make calls over WiFi instead of 3G with iPhone/iPod touch? Cool I guess. Too bad I have a Storm and don't have WiFi :-p
Why would you want to do this?
Will eventually make "tech leadership" more about what university/business is better than what country is the best.
I don't understand the complaints about the controls. I have no problems myself. In real life, your aim shifts when you move your weapon side to side. The shift and accompanying delay is dependent on the weight of the weapon and how fast you move your aim. There is a delay in everyday movement on account of momentum. Your person and weapon has mass that can't simply turn on the dot. The larger the weapon the longer the delay to ready the weapon. Try running with the rocket launcher, stop, and...

LOL, right on the money. As if we haven't had enough Killzone 2 articles and reviews. We don't need to continue to hype or talk about Killzone 2 in every article. The game speaks for itself and I bet a majority of n4g users own it.
People need to get excited for this game. It was awesome on the Xbox and it plays even better (in my opinion) on hi-def consoles.
Anyone know if the 360 or PS3 version is the lead platform? Hopefully both are equally polished; will have t...
Not only is your icon offending but your spamming the comments section. I didn't know the article was about Killzone 2...did I miss something? Just because Killzone 2 is out doesn't mean every other game is junk. If you miss out in playing the demo/game, its your loss. My guess is that your jealous the demo is out on XBL before PSN. Grow up.
Judging by the above comments, Sony fanboys are jealous. They start talking about Killzone 2 for no reason whatsoever. I shouldn't say no reason...They need to validate their purchase. Why don't we talk about Riddick? The game is awesome and PS3 and Xbox 360 fans should be excited. The game play is still fresh and the graphics are great. Everyone should try the game out before they write it off. The original campaign was 8-10 hours and the new campaign should add an additional number of hour...
Innocent.
However, I feel that if users are going to use TPB for illegal downloads there needs to be some accountability built in. If personal information (driver's license) were used to verify the user, there would be less of a worry of pirating. This in effect ties the user to their downloading habits (illegal or not). IP address and system information could also be held. Piracy would go way down; probably the only way I can think of to stop piracy.
I don't recall ever hearing a big fuss over OpFlash. Also, the Xbox port sucked; thats my experience with it. According to metacritic (PC), it wasn't a bad game (85%= pretty good) though it can't touch Ghost Recon or Rainbow Six. I should have defined "lackluster" to the Xbox port only.
I'm in the same boat you are. I've been waiting for this patch for a while. Considering millions of people still play Gears of War I (including my brother) Epic has a little work ahead of itself if it hopes to capture more sales. Can't say I'm complaining as there are plenty of games out. Left 4 Dead is calling me...
Glad that it isn't piratable yet. Bad news once it becomes so. If people want more good games, they shouldn't pirate this game under any circumstances. I'm a college kid with little money...sometimes I wait to get a game/movie. Do your part and help the economy :-p
