Exactly. With that said, I've never played an MMO before and SWTOR may be the first. It looks just as good as the Xbox originals. Lets not be too critical about graphics k?
The game looks better than Knights of the Old Republic on Xbox so I'm a happy camper. The game looks great in some areas and others it needs work...did I mention its not out yet?
Bayonetta looks great although I believe its destined to be a sleeper hit. Not sure why SEGA's releasing a new IP in the overcrowded Fall/Holiday time.... I would like to get it eventually however its not the first or last game on my "must buy" list. Oh well... There are too many games, and not enough people to play/buy them all. :-p
Edit: @ below- I'm in the same boat. A demo would do much to convince me to buy Bayonetta (or not if its poor). Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 and ...
I also agree, however I don't think the goggles are anywhere near good enough for mischief makers. They are more of a novelty item. If you want good night vision goggles, expect to pay in the hundreds of dollars.
Overall, not worth it. The Collectors edition seems much more reasonable. Tin case, art book, Call of Duty 1 download voucher, etc are better incentives than cheap "toy" night vision goggles.
I agree with n4ps3g. Xbox games typically collect a greater number of reviews total. This usually has the effect of lowering marks overall.
How is this true you ask? Regression towards the mean. No matter how good a game is, the greater the number of reviews, the more variation in review scores (hence the lower averages on 360). Statistics don't lie.
This is great news. PS3 games are achieving parity with 360 games. This means that we should see fewer Orange Box disp...
I can say that I use it daily since it was released. I use it partly because I find it superior to Google (still doesn't roll off the tongue though...Bing it!)and I'm afraid of Google taking over the worldz.
Bottom line is that its a great search engine. I would use it exclusively however it doesn't have a Google Scholars equivalent.
Which country?! Anyways, you could probably get them from Amazon without "Big Brother" knowing...
I'm bummed about Trine :-(
Hopefully next week. Downloadable games keep getting better and better. I never thought I would be interested in 3 of them in one month (Battlefield 1943, Trine, and Worms 2).
I got the $5 discount from Qore so I'm getting it from Amazon. Nice incentive though. Reminds me of Gears of War 2 lancer/hammerburst golden gun extras.
USA or Canada...or both? Both would be nice.
Sounded too good to be true. However, if they beefed up the processor to 480MHz, they might as well push the PSP Go as the official successor to PSP. Sony doesn't want to segment the PSP market.
I still want it...
I imagine you've never owned a Jasper 360, Zune, or beta tested Windows 7....
If Apple is becoming Microsoft, what is Microsoft becoming? Name one thing, software or hardware that they haven't fixed in design or performance? Ignorance breeds ignorance...remember that junior :-)
Edit: Thing is...I never labeled you a fan boy. The Jasper 360's are not more than 6-8 months old; the inclusion of HDMI doesn't make it one. Vista "sucks" if you have a laptop as it...
I see what you did there... :-p
I hardly ever used the GBA slot. This is a moot point to many or even most DS/DSi owners. There are a few games worth the cash for DSi download. I am always on the go, so cheap, quick DSi games are perfect for me. I already have 3 so called "apps" for the DSi:
Mario Vs Donkey Kong: March of the Mini's
Art Style: Pictobits
Art Style: Aquia
Each game is great in its own right and perfect for passing time.
Mario Calculator, clock, scre...
I feel sorry for the devs. Damnation might be a bad game but people tend to forget what goes into making a game: money. Limited budgets are usually the culprit for bad games, not the game makers. Publishers will poor millions of dollars/euros/yen, etc into a game if its a recognizable IP. Damnation however was anything but recognizable. This means fewer resources and less polish. Perhaps the game design was wrong (Victorian Steampunk in the Wild West?), but it was clear that the game was rus...
I don't understand what the big deal is. Why would Microsoft's involvement in ads with Hulu have anything to do with anything? Hulu was not a 1st party feature that Sony advertised with the PS3. It was possible on account PS3 has web browsing and Flash is supported. Unless we know for certain, its silly to jump to conclusions. Additionally, Hulu on PS3 was spotty at best. I understand there are some people that used it frequently but the quality/performance was not very good; I would know. <...
I downloaded the demo on PC but my computer couldn't handle it...sad, I know. I suppose thats what I should expect when my computer only has a GeForce 6100.
My reaction exactly...
The game looks great but I'm not sure I'm willing to pay much more than $20. The game better be 20 plus hours or I see no reason to purchase it. I suppose $30 is better than $40...:-(
What people fail to realize is that Windows 7 is more affordable than ever. Ever since Windows 95 the premium version of Windows has run for around $300. "Consumer" versions have run $200. If inflation is taken in effect, which no one seems to take into account, Windows 7 is the cheapest Windows yet.

It is a little bit assumptive that Infamous buyers would "definitely" buy Prototype. Why? Infamous is the game that is supposed to be the AAA exclusive that outsells everything else for the month. If anything, sales of Infamous were hurt by the release of Prototype on the PS3. If Prototype is such an inferior game to Infamous, why would PS3 owners even bother with it?
Bottom line: Infamous is the "arguably" better game, and as such, sales of Prototype are lost...
