I'm just playing through FFVII for the first time and love it. The graphics aren't that bad either. A refresh would be nice however I still need to catch up on all the other FF's aside from Tactics. My most anticipated release is Final Fantasy 8.
Also...did anyone notice a $10 price increase on Prinny: Can I really be the Hero? I paid $10 for it (or I'm imagining things) and its $20 usd now. Great game btw (and very difficult).
Personally, I like the new box art. It strikes me as mature and serious- as in Kratos will kill you just by looking at you.
It was only a matter of time. I will use Netflix with the console that has the best interface.
Reserve your Netflix disc before everyone else does.

Does anyone know if you can return/exchange unopened games in the B2G1 deal for future titles?
I already got Brutal Legends, Uncharted 2, and Batman: AA from TRU.
Thinking about Forza 3, Borderlands and Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 @ Best Buy.
Specs are pretty decent. Too bad it wont be coming to Verizon. Not that its that big of a deal...I'm all about the iDon't killer. DROID!
I purchased the game twice. Once for $5...and a second time for a penny after I learned I couldn't download it. The servers are still busy and I still don't have my games. :-/
I take it quite a few people read "obese" instead of "obsessed." I'm also part of the club... I was going to comment specifically about the title...Whoever she is, she looks a little crazy but perfectly fine in my book.
The 360 might be perceived as a much better value if accessories were cheaper, not to mention everyone would have a hard drive. Hard drives aren't the only thing over priced; wireless adapters are also grossly over priced. Controllers and head set prices are on par with everyone else although accessories of any kind are jacked up.
You would think that with a monopoly on memory units and refusal to share their own wireless tech that prices would be lower...
Solution: ...
Too bad the deal is only for Canada... Technically, Futureshop is owned by Best Buy so I hope there is a similar deal state side. Canadians also have Borderlands for $40.
Currently I'm a DSi and PSP Go owner and have been thinking about the same subject. I have a bad case of early adopter syndrome so have been able to "test" out both units. There is no doubt that each system is great in its own way. For me it was easier to make a list to outline the pros and cons of either upgrade. Keep in mind value is subjective.
PSP Go
+ More compact size
+ Nice"r" aesthetics
+ Bluetooth
+ No physical media
I'm still waiting for Trine...:-p Its been out in Euro territory for a while, whats the hang up I wonder.
PSP mini's- not sure I understand the appeal quite yet. I refuse to pay $3 more on my PSP Go than on iTouch/iPhone for the same game. Anyone know why Apple is able to get around the ESRB?
Too soon... or I need to get over my early adopter syndrome. It seems like yesterday that I got a DSi (April launch) and PSP Go (launch) :-p Its exciting that the rumored processor is Tegra. This would mean that the new DS is faster than the Wii. Wow.
I used to have a PSP 2000 and sold it a while ago...I disliked carrying around UMD's wherever I went. The PSP Go appeals to me as it solves this problem.
Expensive? It depends on the person. There are millions of people that didn't think the PS3 was expensive when it first came out. Perspective.
I love my PSP Go. Its portable, doesn't look like a child's toy, has Bluetooth, and no physical media. I'm not saying that the PSP Go appeals to everyone, but everyone seems...
I'm tired of all the PSP Go complaints. If you get one, you should know what your getting into. Backwards compatibility? No one should expect it. Game journalism these days seems to boil down to whining.
I'll probably wait until the last day of the sale and hold out on the hope they will get Demon's Souls.
I would love to get Demon's Souls but Atlus decided to limit shipment "everywhere." All in all, I'm a little pissed. If thousands imported the Hong Kong w/ English version how could they not anticipate the demand? Same with Persona 4. They never shipped enough copies. WTF!?!

I think DJ Hero really caters to a niche demographic. If the price was right it might be fun to try; $120 kills it. Activision truely runs a dairy farm with the amount of money they milk from gullible/moronic consumers.
I have purchased 5 downloadable games to my PSP Go since I got it last week. Very glad I didn't listen to the "hate" articles.
The article makes no mention of Xbox...mmmmm
Why should Dreamcast games only come to PS3? XBLA would be more than happy to have them considering many former Dreamcast games (Shenmue, Crazy Taxi, and Jet Set Radio) were released on the Xbox. The controller also IS more similar; adding another reason why I think Xbox is a spiritual successor to the Dreamcast.
Also, argue all you want, the PS2 killed the Dreamcast; kinda ironic that all the best Dreamcast IP's SHOULD/M...
I will use both. I already ordered the PS3 disc. I don't see a physical disc as being a problem. Otherwise, both have ALL the SAME features. If you want to cry about XBL Gold pricing, do it somewhere else. Another pointless article...
