Why is it that those of us who are obviously your Number 1 fans always seem to get screwed over. We rushed out an d purchase games these when we can patiently wait and get a much better deal. I say the developers could at least give use some Day 1 DLC only or coupons or something for those of us who are constant Day 1 buyers.
If I ever get in a position of power I will guarantee that the Day 1 purchasers will be rewarded, while those who wait will get gimped. So my fellow game...

The Nintendo Wii is the system for the casual gamer. A lot of the games are multiplayer party games, and hopefully after a couple of years those casual gamers will pick up a PS3 or 360 later. I only use Netflix for foreign movies, because we usually buy the movies as soon as they come out or record them with DVR.

I think something is really fishy about the sells of Little Big Planet. I live in San Francisco, and it's impossible to find a copy of the game on shelves. So I went back home to Missouri over the break, and it's still impossible to find a copy of the game.
It is DMC, just with a lot of improvements and new gameplay mechanics, which isn't a bad thing at all. I just hope it comes out before the Holiday season, because it has a good chance of getting lost in the pile of potentially great games coming out next year.

I think R3 need to be a better mix of R1 and R2. R2's gameplay is a lot better than part 1, but the storytelling and the feel of R1 was much better than R2. R1 and R2 feel like 2 different games set in the same universe (but they both are really really good). Just balance the 2 games better.

I don't think it's coming out until 2011 or 2012. The PSP is hitting it's stride in Japan now, and there's still plenty of time for it to really take off in America and Europe.
I think that when the new PSP2 comes out it should use a cell mini. The chip should allow developers easier development for the system, seeing that developers should have enough experience developing for the cell by then. Agreed if Blu ray was in more demand the PS3 would sell more. But it takes time for things to kick off and go mainstream. I'd give Blu ray another year or two and we'll see that spike (again I believe $199 will be the standard Blu ray player price for 2009 and $99 will be the price for 2010 and "boom" sales are gonna skyrocket).
If not by then, then Blu ray is done.
I think a mini cell would be great for the PSP2. It would make the PlayStation brand become more apple like. It's been proven that as long as the PS3 is only $100 more than the 360 it will outsell the 360. Look back at before 360's price drop. And if all the PS3 rumors circling around the web are true (many of which are starting to take place) then I think we will see PS3 quickly pull the 360 back within it's grasp sell-wise.

I think Blu ray will do just fine and will be the current video format. On Black Friday you could buy Blu ray players for $130, and starting next year the standard price should drop down to $199. And the year after that I guarantee that we will see $99 Blu ray players, and Blu ray discs prices to drop to the price of current DVDs. So I expect Blu ray to do just fine.

I had a problem with my screw also. It was screw it so tight, not even my Cole-train esque uncle could get it out. It kind of stripped, but we got it out with a drill, and replaced the screw.
Why not design a cheaper, easier to use, and slightly less powerful cell processor. It would help the cell processor, become a lot more profitable, and developers would have an easier time developing for the PSP, and PS3. And if the rumors of the PS4 using multiple cell processors then it would make since to use this in the PSP2.
Stop doing crossovers with these pure and semi pure games, and cross Mortal Kombat over with something brutal like Killer Instinct.
