I personally think the delay is to do some work to get them polished and running perfectly.
Don't they always delay their games and launch when they are fully polished? I am sure Witcher 3 was delayed.

erm not at all, having the title as "Playstation 5 RPG" is misleading into touting this as a PS5 exclusive, i was merely stating it is also available on windows.
