@Rimeskeem
"I see nothing indicating it is coming it's release to XSX. PC yes, but not XSX."
Timed console exclusive says it all, even if it released on PC 12 months later, it would still be a console exclusive. That spells out it will be coming to other consoles after the timed period has ended.
Another next gen game lmao.
@starman
We have not had a halo for 5 years. We already have new IP's announced, we have still to see what the new studios are working on.
@Captain
That is not yet known, we have not seen xbox series x 1st party yet.
@Saaleh
So for xbox fans, the place to play is PC/PS5? Do you have a PC powerful enough to even run Halo Infinite? I know i don't.
@Oldboy
...
I thought Sony fans did not want "old games" and wanted new exclusive IP?
This just shows there is a market for old games, hence the back compat on both consoles, and the desire for remakes/remasters.
"PC/PS5 is the way to go next generation to get all the good games"
We have yet to see series x 1st party
No, they will also be available on xbox series x.

Resident evil (8) village, Hitman 3, and NBA2K1 are on the confirmed list.
I have to admit, there were very few groundbreaking next-gen looking games shown.
A showcase with not many games showing UE5 level features or next gen games.
Mainly remasters, a few new IP trailers without gameplay, and a few good looking games that are multiplatform.
I would say the best thing about the whole showcase, was the console reveal, Resident Evil 8, Horizon 2, and the new IP Project Athia
It is IGN that have shown this today, not Microsoft.
I have to disagree, i think it looks good (coming from an xbox owner).
It looks futuristic, and when they revealed the controller, i was saying the console will most probably be white (got disagreed to high heaven).
It looks like it will look better stood up, as opposed to on its side.
I was close, they did it the other way around and built up to the console reveal.
Russo121 still plays on a CRT monitor.
On topic, i always buy a tv that is at least 100hz. That is why i am still holding out on a 4K one at the moment.
I'm going for between £449-£549 (UK we get slammed for tax) for both consoles. Somewhere in that region, any more, you risk limiting your new console to the hardcore fanbase. Any less, you have mass market appeal, but will lose a lot on manufacturing costs.
If i remember rightly - PS4 pro launched at £349, xbox one x launched at £449. These are more than a midgen upgrade, so we could see a PS5 £399 launch, xbox series X £429 launch. I would...
I think they will start with the console reveal, talk for a few mins about the console, then jump into the games.
The price will not be announced.
PS5 related stuff.
If the only other option is forcing you to have to buy new dlc, then yes, you should be able to play exactly what you have paid for, regardless of how old it is.
Fan noise? Have you heard a one X?
Neither have i, because you can't. Same will be said for the series X, the noise would not even be noticeable.
@waverider
100hz 4K tv's are quite common now.
The salt is real.
@xer0
"From what's been leaked, this digital only box will be even less powerful than the Xbox Series X."
Source please?
The trademark could just be for the Series X. And the rumoured Lockhart is reportedly less powerful than the xbox one X according to rumours. I do not know why they would launch a new console less powerful than the last.
