This sounds very interesting and I wonder if this technique can be paired with the existing techniques used by Sony developers such as checkerboard and temporal injection rendering. If it can't be paired with those techniques, I wonder how it compares to them in the real world as AMD is claiming that this is superior to what is currently available. Exciting times coming.
The upgrade is still welcomed as before this update, it felt like a level took 3-4 minutes to load but now it is well under a minute to generate the level.

I disagree with this. I think both consoles provide great value in their own way. On PS5 you have some of the best console games available in the library and you get access to some of them with the monthly ps plus games, instant game collection and play at home. In addition to this, the demand for the ps5 is very high right now because the gaming community also sees value in what Sony is providing. I know more needs to be done on Sony's part but the same is also true for Microsoft.
If this battery is the same as the one in the ps4 then it will only be an inconvenience if it dies. The ps4 uses a CR2032 battery which can be purchased online for less than $5. Given that it took so many years for people to learn what will happen if the battery dies, we don't have to worry about it happening during this generation.

Not sure why so many disagree. As someone who uses emulators over the years, the pc does offer the best experience when it comes to emulation. Guys I am going to ask a serious question. I purchased Days gone a year ago and I stopped playing it after an hour in. Is it really a good game or are the persons hyping it up trolling? Or is this one of those games you have to put a few hours in before you start to enjoy it like bloodborne or the witcher?
I wish I had waited to play this game but at the same time someone may have spoiled the story for me by now had I waited. Especially with all the hate the game gets online.
