Since the rebranding of PS Now, Sony no longer allows PSN to be sold via gift card. The only way to subscribe is through Sony.
If we complete the current major order I would be surprised. Normally I would see over 100k players online but since they delisted the game in many regions on steam, the numbers hover around 50 something thousand.
I would welcome new planets as well and cross progression. My subscription is set to expire in June and I would much rather pick up the game on steam vs renewing just to play one game.

A PC with the RX6600 or RTX 4060 is not low-end. Those are found in mid-range gaming PCs.

People outside of those 73 countries still have PS4s and PS5s. All they have to do is create an account using the address of one of the supported markets.

Because of Sony's requirement, their games like Helldivers 2 and Ghost of Tsushima have been delisted in over 170 countries. These restrictions would not have been in place if Sony didn't suddenly mandate those logins.
Not a good sign. The last time they had such a strict embargo was prior to the launch of Redfall. No marketing and no early reviews does raise an eye brow.
